  • Asclepius: Have you ever lied about being ill to avoid school or work? If so, how elaborate have your stories been?
    • Yes; pretty elaborate. I once said that my foot got ran over by a car by accident to avoid going to school. I was 10 at the time, but I'd like to think my stories have gotten better since.
  • Eros: How did you meet your best friend?
    • When I started junior high, I used to get bullied by a few other classmates. One day, the same asshats were bothering me and all of a sudden my older brother and his friend Jim came and defended me. I was struck by how confident and nonchalant Jim was, even at 12 years old. Jim looked up to my brother Erik and at fisrt started to hang out more with me out of respect for him, but as we talked more, we realized we had a LOT in common and we just got along very well. We've been best friends ever since.
