  • lunch, 1p: un bagel with lowfat cc
  • 16 oz decaf coffee
  • after school snack, 4p:
    • 1pc toast with pb and jam
    • raspberries
    • 1 sq raspberry-filled Ghirardelli
  • exercise: Ab Lab, BAT with NH (1 hr)
  • dinner, 7p: (with JH)
    • tofu (my share was 1/4 package)
    • onions, garlic, seasonings, salsa tomate con jalapeños, taco seasoning
    • 2 tortillas
    • some cheese
    • one limeade
  • kettle corn
  • one triangle of Toblerone (excellent)
  • some water
  • one more sq of Ghirardelli
  • té (Tazo Calm)
