- lunch, 1p: un bagel with lowfat cc
- 16 oz decaf coffee
- after school snack, 4p:
- 1pc toast with pb and jam
- raspberries
- 1 sq raspberry-filled Ghirardelli
- exercise: Ab Lab, BAT with NH (1 hr)
- dinner, 7p: (with JH)
- tofu (my share was 1/4 package)
- onions, garlic, seasonings, salsa tomate con jalapeños, taco seasoning
- 2 tortillas
- some cheese
- one limeade
- kettle corn
- one triangle of Toblerone (excellent)
- some water
- one more sq of Ghirardelli
- té (Tazo Calm)
