- breakfast: smoothie (blend flax seeds in water. add protein powder. add frozen mango rectangle, a very ripe banana, a cara cara orange, and a bunch of spinach. attempt to blend until you realize you forgot a liquid. add the rest of your kefir bottle.)

- after school: one molasses cookie
- instant oatmeal, extra oatmeal, cheerios, in almond milk
