please do not use tone indicators at me. i find them infanitlizing. i will not use them either unless absolutely necessary. if you do not understand my meaning, just ask.

if you have a problem with me, bring it up to my face. don't hold it in, don't talk behind my back, don't do anything that isn't holding a conversation with me.
