- Make chalk murals/masterpieces
- Play in forests with ribbon sticks and pine cones
- Picnic in all the parks
- Eat watermelon and Popsicles while running through the sprinkler
- Road trip with fun books/music/ and locations
- Visit the zoo
- Make crafts outside, with glue and sparkles and colours and ribbons
- Dance, run, laugh
- Swim all the time, whenever possible
- Travel
- Play sports
- Make them hilarious breakfast/lunch/dinner compilations and faces
- Bake cupcakes
- Teach them empathy, compassion and social responsibility
- Allow them to make decisions
- Have slumber parties in tents in the back yard
- Make epic forts (and teach them to clean up!)
- Don't buy them too many toys. Kids can find magic in the trees or with crayons and gigantic pieces of paper
- Allow them a day to choose exactly what they want to do (within reason)
- Be somewhat spontaneous
- Teach them to be themselves
- Teach them that the world is big, and life's adventures come from exploration
- Teach them to take care of others
