• wake up and run. It doesn't matter how long or short I go for.
  • yoga. Do four salutes of any kind. Breathe
  • Eat a delicious, healthy breakfast.
  • Pack my lunch (and snacks and WATER)
  • If I am upset or angry or stressed, I have to go for a swim.
  • Say my positive affirmations in the mirror.
  • Say "Oh the places you'll go"
  • Read a book.
