- wake up and run. It doesn't matter how long or short I go for.
- yoga. Do four salutes of any kind. Breathe
- Eat a delicious, healthy breakfast.
- Pack my lunch (and snacks and WATER)
- If I am upset or angry or stressed, I have to go for a swim.
- Say my positive affirmations in the mirror.
- Say "Oh the places you'll go"
- Read a book.
