Habits/fitness:
- Takes the stairs instead of the elevator, even when it's pretty high up, say, eight floors.
- Walks or bikes anywhere that will take her less than an hour to go.
- Can drive well, so she can take her own damn self everywhere, instead of depending on people for rides.
- Goes running (three miles!), swimming, biking, or some other kind of cardio every day.
- Lifts heavy!
- Takes classes at the gym, or has a personal trainer.
- Wakes up early, and has time to shower, eat breakfast, and sit around on the internet with a cup of coffee before work.
- Isn't late for anything.
- Brings her own lunch and thermos, so she isn't using all her money at crappy food places.
- Eats in moderate amounts, not to mask her feelings.
- Eats good food.
- Keeps her apartment neat and cleans often.
- Be really energetic and ready for any type of activity!
- Gets a bit of sunshine outside every day.
- Makes something cool once in a while.
Cleaning:
- After washing in the washing machine, uses a clothesline and rack to dry my clothes.
Dress:
- Dress well, in clothing specially tailored at the dry cleaner's.
- Wear buttondowns daily, and tucks them in! And wear fitted, flattering pants.
- Wear contact lenses, undereye concealer, eyebrows, mascara, and soft cateye daily.
- Wear hair brushed and neat every day, even if only in a ponytail or bun.
- Keep eyebrows groomed at all times.
- Invest in nice shoes (one pair each of: closed-toe business-casual sneakers, boots, dressier flats) and just keep getting them re-soled.
Skin:
- Have flawless skin.
- At least cleanse face and neck, and put on glycolic acid mask overnight every night, no excuses!
- Use Clarisonic with a gentle cleanser twice a week.
- Have a skin routine that makes my skin blemish-free, smooth, and glowing.
- Take care of skin so much that I can go outside without foundation or concealer.
Life choices:
- Travel abroad at least once a year.
- Live in an apartment where 30% of my income goes to rent.
- Donate 10% of income to charity.
- Send 20% back home.
- Volunteer 10 hours a week.
- Stay in academia/research. Learn as much as I can about everything.
- Visits home for at least a couple hours once or twice a week. This may be something that has to wait until I'm 30.
