• Rip leafy bits off stem. Toss in olive oil. Barely coat with oil, or it gets soggy!
  • Place on aluminum foil on cookie sheet, like an upside-down V, so that air can circulate through the bottom.
  • Cook at 350 for 20 minutes, rotating 180 and flipping chips with tongs 13 minutes in.
