- 70 - 80% = I'm happy!
- 50 - 70% = I'm trying my best to stay positive
- 30 - 50% = I'm having a hard time but still trying my best, may not be able to talk
- 20 - 30% = I probably can't talk much and am crying
- 10 - 20% = Probably crying alot and want to die
- 10% or lower = Please send me messages if possible because I'm really panicking I'm likely to do something dangerous
