since today is the 10 month anniversary of young royals, why not write about it now! i watched it last year and ABSOLUTELY loved it, i binged it all in one seating and i kid you not i SCREAMED at the scenes. season 2 is coming in two months and i am SUPERRR HYPED FOR IT. i hope august fricking dies in a hole though i hate him with all of my guts. wilhelm and simon are SO CUTE i could feel the amount of love they had for one another and not to mention how much simon means to wilhelm especially? he always felt so alone especially with a loved one's death and simon was there to make him feel loved. URHHJASHBFASBFJ and their actors are best friends too, or should i say, friends best ;) the cast is absolutely amazing i've seen some of the bts and AAAA they're the best! all of them are insanely gorgeous. there are so many things about young royals that i love. although the same song were played like 5000 times (lets start a revolution) IT WAS SO GOOD it added more tension into the scenes and literally since wilhelm is a crown prince and cant get with a guy, they will "start a revolution" THATS AT LEAST WHAT I THINK ITS GONNA BE FOR SEASON 2. omg boyfriends ending the swedish royal family bloodline arc!!! LMAOOOo

of course one of the main thing that i loved was the moments wilhelm and simon had. one of my fav that i think stands out the most is DEFINITELY the football scene "i like you and that is not fake" HELLOOOOO? i was on a call with a friend at that time and i kept screaming because of how adorable they are. the fish scene too! lets talk about how literally MOST OF THE SCENES are improvised like whaat?? both omar and edvin are so talented for being able to improvise so smoothly. august however just absolutely ruined it for me, i couldn't even watch the show in peace without having to shout at the screen because of august. felice and sara were okay, kudos for felice for that move at the last few episodes though!!! love her for that, im hoping for wlw and mlm solidarity in season two HEHEHEHHEE because FELICE AND SARA HAS POTENTIAL OKAY? although sara was pissing me off a couple of times, i still would like to see her more. cus well, shes simon's sister, shes going to be important to the lore in season two at ONE point! also, the queen, wtf bro? she knew the whole time that it was august that leaked it and didnt even care? thats her son right there, i hate her with my guts.

young royals IS AMAZING. please do check it out whenever you have the time. its in swedish but there is a english dub too on netflix! as you can tell by the amount of things i mentioned above, expect TONS of drama. personally, for me, the storyline is good and well paced and glad it didnt leave on a bad cliffhanger. i mean it did, but i can imagine the other endings they couldve left us on and trust me when i say the original ending is definitely the best for now. im giving young royals a 9/10 mostly because the angst is RUINING ME. i remember wilhelm's actor aka edvin reyding mentioning about how he rubs his chest to calm his anxiety? and wilhelm does that in the show, i LOVE that detail, but its heartbreaking to realize it.
