as time goes by, i’ve become less interested in pobs. i’ve been focusing more on regular album cards or easier merch cards (fanclub, season’s greetings). most cards from fanmeetings, pop-ups, and concerts are getting really expensive, and honestly, i don’t think they’re worth the prices people charge anymore. the photos and concepts just haven’t interested me much. and the ones that did, i either buy the original or comission a replica right away.

the same goes for pobs. i find them less and less appealing, and over time i realized i don’t actually want many of those cards as much as i thought i did. when i first started collecting, pobs were something that completely amazed me, but now, after 2 years, i’ve realized i don’t feel the need to own certain cards just because they’re pretty. my priorities are the ones i truly love, the ones i genuinely like the most.

there’s also the rarity factor for some of them. i don’t think it’s important to go through heaven and hell searching for a card that was released such a long time ago. less stress for me.
