- Vocalize everything I’m doing (“I’M WASHING MY HANDS!”)
- Spend at least three hours of the day trying to find where I last put my phone
- Read texts loudly and as I text back, respond even louder
- Draw faces on sticky notes and put them all over the kitchen
- Make lists like this
