- I got lice when I was 12 and haven't completely recovered. It's not very often, but occasionally when my head itches, and I think about it, I worry that I have gotten lice again and I make someone check my head. In my head, I know that I haven't done anything that would cause me to get lice, but I'm so terrified of getting it again (the idea of a whole population of bugs living on my head freaks me out) that I just have to have someone check to make sure.
- I love fun socks. Especially when they're knee high-ish.
- Part of the reason I'm making this list is because I have no motivation to grade papers.
- I'm a child at heart.
- There are very few things I'm not willing to try.
- I make conversation with my cat. I don't actually think I'm saying anything to him, it's just funny that when I meow back at him he'll continue to meow at me, as if there's a conversation going on. Whatevs, I'm weird.
- If I could make a living trying new things (crafts, cooking, etc.) and discussing literature among an educated circle, I would totally do it. That's my dream.
- I have a candy stash. It's on the top shelf of my cabinet. The reason my stash is so big is that I get into it so rarely. It took me nine months to eat a box of truffles a guy gave me for Valentine's Day. And that was with help.
- I've been really into South Park lately. It makes me think of my cousin Eric, and how we got along before either of us knew what politics were. Next time I see him, hopefully it's a jumping board I can use for conversation.
- My dad's side of the family burst out into song today. It was almost like seeing exactly why I am the way I am :P
- I worry about being too pushy sometimes.
- I worry a lot, actually. It's something I'm working on.
- I can't not believe in the Christian God. However, I'm still trying to figure out exactly what the implications of that are for my life.
- No pants and no bra = instant comfy.
