  • 11:30 -- put bread ingredients into the bread machine
  • 11:35 -- start the machine
  • 12:00 -- take dough out; preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • 12:05 -- place dough on a floured board and cover for 15 minutes
  • 12:20 -- divide dough into 2 pieces and form each piece into an oval
  • 12:30 -- cover for 45 minutes
  • 1:15 -- place loaves in the oven; middle rack; bake for 30 minutes
  • 1:45 -- take bread out
  • MONDAY
  • 4:45 -- make the chicken marinate
  • 4:55 -- place chicken in the marinate and cover; let stand for 15 minutes
  • 5:00 -- cut up the bread
  • 5:10 -- take chicken out of the marinate; pre-heat the griddle to medium high
  • 5:12 -- cook chicken on griddle for 5-8 minutes
  • 5:13 -- cut up tomato and mozzarella cheese
  • 5:20 -- take chicken off
  • 5:21 -- put water in the steamer pot on stove
  • 5:22 -- place baby carrots and brocolli into the steamer pot
  • 5:25 -- put together the panini and place two at a time on the griddle; cook for about 5-7 minutes
  • 5:30 -- set table
  • 5:35 -- take vegetables out of the steamer pot
  • 5:40 -- plate the paninis and vegetables
  • 5:45 -- serve dinner
