so, thirsty reader... you must be thinking... what the heck did i do during all of april, right? i skipped that shit like a candlestick, and now it's almost june! but i don't really care, okay? basically what happened is boytoy visited me again, and even that was kind of a bust because he was sick half the time. but it was cool anyways, because he was still cute and i still got to cuddle him... so all was well. it was mum's birthday earlier in the month as well, and i ended my spring semester, so more on that coming soon... :-P just read a little further.

surprise shawty! i passed with flying colours. my GPA is jumping for joy at a steady 3.513, and i only have one year to go. right now i'm just filling in that spot where i could have done an internship... i really wanted to, but i just didn't really feel ready, and it was all coming up fast. i feel endlessly drained by everything, and i'm just glad to have half the summer semester off aside from work.

for the lighter news, beltane was on may 1st. that marks the transition into summer, the lighter half of the year. it was traditionally celebrated in ireland, scotland, and the isle of man. it's a holiday for bonfires and welcoming spring and summer.

i don't have much to say on the matter since it's already passed and right now i'm feeling quite miserable as is. my dad was just in the hospital for surgery. i suppose we did pray for his wellbeing and fast healing, and the procedure went well... so... joy.
