i have had an on going headache for the last four days.. i am starting to think it is something more serious.. the only time i don't have it.. is after/during.. the following
- drink an icey super quick.. believe me.. a brain freeze is much better than a headache...
- take three pain relief tablets and lay down.. very still..
- gossip with your friends... i am more interested in the goss than complaining about my head..
- however complaining and moping around does help.. takes your mind off of the constant throbbing.. while you concentrate at how silly you can look.. or how far your lower lip can reach your chin..
- sleeping.. sleeping.. and more sleeping.. unless when you wake up and see light.. you are in even more pain than when you started.. but while sleeping.. it is good..
- eat.. yeeeeah.. eating noodles last night really helped.. until i stopped...
- cease thinking...
- write a list.. honestly.. writing this list helped.. but i am going cross-eyed.. need.. to eat sleep and lay really still...
