when i say young.. i mean younger than i am today...

• never paint your face with nail polish...
• when your older friend says she CAN'T go swimming.. get the hint and don't pick a fight with her
• your older siblings are NEVER right
• enjoy all holidays including birthdays because they just get more and more depressing as you grow older
• don't draw on your freshly painted walls..
• your friends are never going to be there when you really need them
• thorwing up chicken pizza will result in hunger five minutes later
• nothing is going to happen to you if you sleep at a friends house
• nothing is going to happen to your family if you sleep at a friends house
• enjoy being blissfully unaware of parents arguments... you may soon be called upon as a witness..
• relish and save pocket money... you can't get pocket money when you are 21.. this i have just found out recently
• don't attempt to say anything smart to/around/in front of your older siblings.. if you get it wrong you will forever regret speaking at all
• don't attempt to pronounce difficult (in your young opinion) words to/around/in front of older siblings.. if (and usually when) you get it wrong you will forever regret saying it...
• sometimes.. just shut the fuck up

• listen and remember when your mum or grandma teach you something ie cooking, sewing, knitting etc as it WILL come in handy later in life...
• your parents are not 10 feet tall and indestructable
• your brother should never be banker when playing monopoly.. however if you want him to play give in but watch him carefully...
• trust your sisters taste in music more than your brothers...
• you are better than the people that put you down..
• god (in my very strong opinion) does not exsist.. however i do feel i have the right to use her name in vain...
• pink is not a good colour
• barbie and polly pockets are not fun
• always take "spew bags" on car trips
• passport/drivers license/student cards are never good photos.. get over this quickly...
