• Drink 2-3 bottles of water a day.
  • Only two sodas a week... try to keep it to one.
  • Hemp shake for breakfast.
  • Wrap or salad with veggies/fruit for lunch.
  • Get in as much fruit/veggie servings as I can.
  • Make (better tasting) snack bars to eat on the go.
  • Eat within an hour of waking.
  • Try not to eat after 11pm unless out with friends & such.
  • try not to overeat at meal times.

  • Bee Pollen Capsules.
  • Ginkgo Biloba Capsules.
  • Prenatal Vitamin Capsules - Alternate with Daily's monthly.
  • Women's Daily Vitamin - Alternate with Prenatals monthly.
