- Drink 2-3 bottles of water a day.
- Only two sodas a week... try to keep it to one.
- Hemp shake for breakfast.
- Wrap or salad with veggies/fruit for lunch.
- Get in as much fruit/veggie servings as I can.
- Make (better tasting) snack bars to eat on the go.
- Eat within an hour of waking.
- Try not to eat after 11pm unless out with friends & such.

- Ginkgo Biloba Capsules.
- Prenatal Vitamin Capsules - Alternate with Daily's monthly.
- Women's Daily Vitamin - Alternate with Prenatals monthly.
