Areas of health/fitness to improve:

  • NO MORE THAN three cups of coffee a day
  • At least one mug of tea (preferably green a day)
  • Less beer and more red wine; try not to drink more than twice a week
  • Work on reducing amount of salt and sugar in my diet
  • Work at AT LEAST 2x a week; this summer, more yoga and swimming
  • Work on posture when sitting and standing
  • Keep attempting meditation; make reading a part of every day to lower stress levels
  • No eating out more than twice a week
  • Work on reducing amount of processed/packaged foods in my diet
