Areas of health/fitness to improve:
- NO MORE THAN three cups of coffee a day
- At least one mug of tea (preferably green a day)
- Less beer and more red wine; try not to drink more than twice a week
- Work on reducing amount of salt and sugar in my diet
- Work at AT LEAST 2x a week; this summer, more yoga and swimming
- Work on posture when sitting and standing
- Keep attempting meditation; make reading a part of every day to lower stress levels
- No eating out more than twice a week
- Work on reducing amount of processed/packaged foods in my diet
