  • Characters that aren't completely black-haired in visuals but are portrayed as such are allowed. (i.e. Umi Sonoda from Love Live)
  • Characters that originated from memes and MVs are allowed as long as they're fictional.
  • Characters that aren't mainly black-haired but have versions that are black-haired (i.e. backstory/timeskip appearance, skins) are allowed, but state which version of the character it is.
