holy shit am i excited for this one !!!! heize's got such a pretty voice and a unique style, and 'and july' was THE song that finally kind of made me wanna get into kpop. i hope this is a good one !!!

  • talking about that, she's always singing and writing about the stuff that's happened to her and oh god it makes me so sad that she had to go through that :( hope she's in a better place now !!!

• production: the vibe of this album has made me realize that i'm the biggest Sucker for rain and that there's nothing wrong with it. smooth and chill, it doesn't seem that complex bt just because it's kind of minimalistic ??? I ADORE THIS VIBE

• vocals: the transitions between her singing verses and her rap verses are truly beautiful and smooth, i love that. her voice is unique and really nice to listen to, bless her.

• lyrics: so sad, they really got with that rainy feeling if you get me. i'm glad she wrote all of this, though, it's better to let it all out. i like the way she tells stories.

• instrumentals/compositions: i don't know how to explain this but i basically think that they used various pieces that were the same thing in most of the songs ??? like that's why it was so difficult for me to tear them apart from one another, they were using the same damn samples. nevertheless, these are gorgeous and the piano is always a 10/10 tbh. i love this vibe.
  • fav instrumental/composition: don't know you and rainin' with u, both so relaxing and chill

if i had to add something else about this album is that if i had to come up with word for it, it would be the word smooth. and the cover is pretty as hell. i adore it, the photograpy and the lighting are on some other level. bless this girl.
