  • register GP
  • register dental and make appointment (ASAP)
  • reduce sugar intake and aim for 5 a day
  • drink more water
  • take care of skin (wash face daily, exfoliate twice a week, avoid too much alcohol, caffeine and sugar, ties into drinking water)
  • gym for at least 30 minutes 3 times a week
