Ask self weekly where the waste is

  • where could my time be used more purposefully?
  • where can I spend my money more smartly, or find an opportunity to earn a little extra or save? am I wasting money?
  • what can I do to increase my physical energy? do I feel particularly tired this week or pumped? why do I think that is?
  • how am I feeling mentally? do I feel like my mental energy is being wasted on certain tasks or people that don't advance my goals, align with my values or I'm just overindulging certain lines of thought to the detriment of everything else in my life?
  • how's my space looking? organised and in order or cluttered up?
  • self belief and confidence - be honest, am I getting in my own way? is a fear of failure or the unknown tripping me up and preventing me from making a decision? is there a way I can ease this or do I need to take the plunge? do I need to use the power of negative thinking??
  • am I missing an opportunity to acquire useful influence, at work or in my social life? do I need to be brave and contact someone? is there a way I can use social media to my advantage rather than be distracted to my detriment?
