• The Murder Ballads by BetteNoire; captain america, 172k. specifically the 2nd installment Number One With a Bullet is my favourite. i read this just after the 2nd part finished in 2016 and i still reread it to this day
• Don’t Ask by AnnaFugazzi; captain america, 21k. set during the war, steve and bucky get outed to the 107th
• United States v. Barnes, 617 F. Supp. 2d 143 (D.D.C. 2015) by fallingvoices & radialarch; captain america, 21k. bucky’s trial in incredible detail
• to the beat of my heart by kittebasu; haikyuu, 69k. kurotsukki idols-turned-actors
• Here We Are, Two Strangers by CoffeeStars; check please, 16k. kent/mashkov post-canon fic (though omgcp wasn’t finished when it was written)
• Doe & Josten: Deductionists by SpangleBangle; all for the game, 216k. sadly abandoned but worth the read anyway! an andreil au of the tv show elementary
• dare to breach the surface by reuniclus; genshin impact, 9k. a deceptively simple oneshot about zhongli and childe; zhongli moults and thinks about the past
• Alchemy in the Blood by Sath; genshin impact, 107k. albether vampire au. my favourite take on vampires i’ve ever read
• counterpart by cerasium; attack on titan, 413k. pre-canon eruri, stretches from ACWNR to the fall of wall maria, my favourite fic of any fandom
• Come in misery by makeapointofhavingfun; jojos, 20k. AU set post-stone ocean, mostly focused on jotaro, with foolymes & emporio. this is canon to me
• A Visit From the Zoldycks by ohofcourse; 37k, hunter x hunter. all of ohofcourse's hisoillus are excellent
