  • J: I'm the kind who apologises even when someone hits me "Ah sorry!"
  • J: I'm the kind who doesnt have an appetite in the morning so it can be hard for me to eat breakfast..
  • J: Sleeping is the best for diets.
  • J: It's been some time since I've cooked. Maybe I should try cooking this coming weekend? Actually these days I dont have much work to do these days. I just stay at home, or meet my friends, or have dinner with the company's staff. Maybe I should try cooking these weekend.
  • (Listener introduces JjongD about one-pan pasta) J: I haven't cooked in a while. I think I will try making it this weekend I don't have that many things to do lately. I have been resting at home a lot. I met my friends and had dinners with staffs. I don't have any specific plans this week so I think I will try.

160626

  • J: The first movie that I watched that was based on a musical was Phantom of the Opera. I remember I watched it when I was still schooling.

160625

  • (Listener was getting homesick studying abroad alone) J: I have times when I have to stay overseas for a long while too but I usually come back home at least once a month. I think the longest I have been overseas was when I went to China in high school. It was my first and last time (of staying overseas for a long time). When you stay abroad for a long time, you have this strong feeling of being alone until you make a close friend. I hope you comfort your heart by coming to Blue Night often.
  • J: I ate fried chicken. Kentucky fried (chicken). There were lots of side dishes along with the chicken, like fries. So I was excited hehe

160624

  • J: I don't like beer that much, but I like drinking alcohol at night, and also talking to others over drinks.
  • J: I think it's really good to write diaries, it allows you to look at something specifically and it's a time when you learn about yourself.
  • J: When I don't have an appetite, I just don't eat.
  • J: I've also experienced dorm life, and because there are many people, sometimes I feel like eating things I don't even eat usually!

160623

  • J: I eat fruits a lot these days. Watermelon!! I eat it regularly these days.
  • J: I don't coffee but, when I work, I drink Americano. It feels like it can keep me awake.
  • L: Do you like looking at the stars? J: I like looking at the moon quite a lot but for stars.. what I remember is something from a long time ago. A memory of going to an event in the countrysides and when I was returning, I looked up at the skies and went "They really sparkle.. I don't see sparkling (stars) in Seoul though?"
  • J: Yesterday after radio ended, I went to the PC-bang with my manager & when we came out we went to have blood sausage soup and I drank by myself because my manager had to drive. But drinking alone at night is actually quite nice? What should I say? I don't know. It's just quite nice that I'm drunk by myself.
  • J: What do you think of satellites? I think they're pitiful. They're manmade. They revolve even if they don't want to, and people don't even think they're pretty... it's quite pitiful.

160622

  • J: I think that breaking up and getting back together again is part of dating. I don't think that breaking up is the end of a relationship. G: Then what do you think is the end of a relationship? J: It's when they stop loving.
  • J: I get them quite a lot too, mouth ulcers.. when I'm tired. And when my health is really bad, my chest area hurts easily.
  • J: My lips are the type to crack easily so I use related products habitually.

160621

  • J: I want to try drinking beer at the Han River! I've never tried that... even though I don't really like beer but still.. KYB: How can you not have drank beer at Han River before? J: I went with my friends and my friends drank but I didnt. Because I had to drive
  • J: I hope that everyone will prepare well for the rainy season. There are people who don't like it, but I treasure it. I like it. :)
  • J: I don't think that couples are the only people who are blessed. (...) I think people who are fine by themselves are blessed too.

160620

  • J: I think that the person who apologises first is courageous. You may think that apologising first hurts your pride, but i think as much as that, it stretches out the fight. I think that if you can, then you should apologise first, if not then it can be understood as well, but if your pride won't allow you to apologise, the relationship gets strained, and both of you may end up falling out of contact. So if you are able to, apologising first would be good. / J: I think being able to apologise first is something really courageous. Sometimes, some people think apologizing first is about dispute between each other's pride. But I think there's nothing more meaningless than that. I think it's okay to apologize first if your heart allows it.

160619

  • J: I'm the kind who likes to sort out my thoughts while I write.
  • J: When I drink, I get very talkative.
  • J: I'm actually someone who didn't even watch coffee prince... there was once I talked about something like that and was being treated as a fool. We were talking about coffee prince, and there's a drama called Pasta right! I confused Pasta with Coffee Prince and so... I was really embarrassed.

160618

  • J: What kind of white noise will you be able to like? I really like the sound of raindrops. And the sound of the LP rotating!
  • J: I don't seem to have any habits... not those kind you have to correct. Ah there's one! It's when I wear a watch, I tend to shake my wrist. I just keep doing that when I wear a watch. I wore a watch before coming today, you can hear it now too (shakes wrist a few times). But there are also people who like to do this. Oh I put my hands in my pockets a lot too. And I also walk with my toes pointing outwards.
  • J: I had thoughts of wanting to eat supper yesterday and I was finding what to eat, and I came to want to eat chicken that's really crispy. Fried chicken, the really crispy kind that's a little spicy! I wanted to eat chicken but there were none at that time. So in the end I didn't order any. And I thought that it's a blessing to have a delicious chicken place nearby. I told my friends and said that even if there's a chicken place 500m around where I am, then that's a form of luck too.

160617

  • J: When i was young, the stationery stores sold taffy for 50won. They were taffy that were flat and brown, and when I ate those, my loose tooth got plucked out, and the amalgam fillings on my decayed teeth, fell out and I was scolded badly by my mom.
  • J: I used to listen to the radio using the mp3. When I was still a trainee, I took bus 301 and rode while listening.
  • J: When I get a cold, it gets a lot better when I sleep with a handkerchief over my throat. There were also times like this, when I only wore really thin pyjamas and slept with a hot pack over my throat.

160616

  • J: I don't remember things well, so I can't recall what happened when I was a kid. 9: Then what about what happened yesterday? J: No... I don't remember them well. 9: Look at you.. J: Ah what do we do about me... what do we do...
  • J: I wear contact lenses, since my eyesight is bad... but there are times at home when I take off my lenses and the world is blur to me and I quite like that... the world looks pretty. I do that sometimes at home, (like) when I'm with my puppy.
  • J: I don't believe that there are miracles... but I'm someone who wants to say that everything is a miracle.
  • J: Yes I enjoy solitude. (...) And I don't think being lonely is a bad thing.

160615

  • J: I don't use the umbrella often. So if I think 'It's gonna rain', I just wear a raincoat, and a hat. Yeah, there's a hat that I wear only on rainy days. I wear that hat, and a raincoat, and I go out like that.

160614

  • (Listener's name was Seonyul, which can mean melody) J: Wow Seonyul-ssi. Your name is so pretty. There were a lot of times that I thought of the name Seonyul.. Hwasung-ie (=harmony), Seonyul-ie (melody), and Rhythm-ie.. I wanted to name my kids with those names if I had triplets. The three elements of music.

160613

  • J: I'm good with rejections since I was young. When I was young (and they tell me to do something), I'd go "I'm not doing it~" / Zitten: Jonghyunssi, do you refuse well? J: I refused well since I was young. I said "No~, I won't do it~". I am still good at it. I say no certainly for things that I don't like. Zitten: Then do you also have a say in selecting guests? Like, do you say 'I don't like that person!' J: No ㅋㅋ They don't ask me before inviting guests ㅋㅋㅋ J: I think there are often cases likes this. There are people who ask too much from me. They ask me to do things as if I were suppose to do it in the first place. To people like these cases, I refuse well and I don't get into a difficult situation later on. If you accept in this circumstance, sometimes you end up not being able to do your own work and people might not even be thankful for what you did. Yozoh: Jonghyun-ssi was wise since childhood! J: No it's not wise ㅋㅋ I think I just didn't want to do things that I didn't want to do. Zitten: It's a good thing.
  • J: There was once I was like that too. The next day was the day I go for a picnic, and I wanted to go as soon as possible, so I laid in bed and slept since 6pm. If you sleep, time goes by quickly!
  • J: Today is a day when I feel lethargic, so when that happens, I listen to Mot's songs since they sound slow and more carefree.
  • J: There are people who face feeling of depression face-to-face while there are people who deny and try to lighten up their mood again. For me, I just stay feeling depressed whenever I feel depressed. I don't really mind being depressed either. I listen to gloomy music, have lower-body bath if I have time or just be stuck in my room. I do things that people might comment "It's so pitiful~" but I think those kind of things comfort me.

160612

  • J: I'm not the kind to hold it in if I want to contact someone. Of course I have to consider the other person's circumstances (before that).
  • J: Of course there are romantic relationships in which you regretted... are there even relationships that you don't regret? Wouldn't you think "ah, if only I had done better"
  • J: There's a mischievous kid in all of us. I was also that kid who wanted to do things that adults told me not to.

160610

  • J: When the day becomes hotter and summer comes, your concentration particularly goes down. The reason behind that is due to time. Your activity increases as the day has got longer and rest time decreases as the night got shortened. People say the day is over when the sun goes down and darkness comes. But sometimes there are things that begin once the night starts. There's a research result that says you receive a sort of healing power just by looking at the night sky. Looking back at today just before going to sleep could be a sort of rest time too. I welcome everyone who has come to today's radio to take a rest ㅎㅅㅎ~
  • J: Do you guys know when you feel happiness. I don't really know. I don't think I have really spent time thinking about it. It's an important question to yourself. It's also important to know not only about yourself but when does other people around you feel happy too.
  • J: I'm sensitive in smelling perfume scents. I also tend to notice & tell people well if they have changed their scent too. I feel some sense of confidence when someone likes my scent or someone compliments me about it. Maybe it's because I'm sensitive to smells.

160609

  • J: I sigh quite a lot, and I tend to worry a lot too...
  • (listener having a hard time as someone is talking behind his/her back) J: I know no matter what I do, they'll continue to talk behind my back so I concluded that (if that happens) I'm going to get angry in front of them and end the relationship. I know I sound pretty violent if I say it like this. But I don't actually act violent in front of those people, but I do say something and end the relationship.
  • (listener having difficulties maintaining relationships) J: There was a time when I knew a large circle of people. But that's changed now. I'm only meeting a limited number of people and although I cannot meet them often, we send each other messages and that alone becomes a big support to me. I think being like this is pretty fine too. I did enjoy having a relationship with large group of people but I still feel warm now too.
  • J: I had a photo shoot to do a while back and it was so strenuous. I don't really prefer doing magazine photo shoots because I don't really like taking pictures. I was having a hard time so I told the staffs to play Dean's songs. I remember they played 21 and D and it gave me strength.

160608

  • J: I'm fine with a one-sided love too. I think it's lovely.
  • J: I don't know anything about yoga. I haven't tried it yet. Even though it looks calm, it seems like you have to work the muscles in your whole body. I heard it's more than just exercising. And it's also about cultivating your spiritual mentality.
  • J: Doing something constantly for a long time is difficult. Like exercising. Exercising constantly amidst a busy life is really really hard.

160607

  • J: On that night after SNL, I wished my eyes wouldn't open the day after. I wished I would be asleep forever.
  • (Today's topic is about sensibility) J: Sensibility is not being ashamed of describing things in your heart. I will describe everything that are usually too cheesy to say today. GYB: It's something we don't have in Jonghyun's first album. J: How did you feel about my first album? GYB: It's sexy? J: Ah, yes there's a sexy sensibility.
  • (Jonghyun's Diphylleia grayi) J: I consider this song as the song of my life. I personally like the sensibility of this song.

160604

  • G: What would you say if your girlfriend has a teethache? J: "Let's see" G: No you should say "Go to the dentist" (laughs)
  • J: There was once, about 5~6 years ago, when I was writing lyrics, and everything was gone (because of a computer fault). So ever since then, I just save my work habitually, and I just press 'command S' 'command S' 'command S'
  • J: Later on when I become an adult, when I get to become someone's father, to that friend I often think if I'd be able to 100% support their decisions or if I'd want to impose my desires on them..I think about these kinds of things
  • J: For me, I don't sweat on my nose! You know there can be beads of sweat on your nose right, I find that fascinating! I don't get that! The first time I saw a person who sweat through their nose was a hyung I knew from the Kendo place, and when I was still a elementary school student. He took of his mask, and there were sweat beads on his nose! So I was like "whoa~~ that's fascinating!" Since then I kept checking myself in mirror to see if I sweat from my nose but I dont. Seems like I dont have sweat pores on my nose and they pour out from my head. I don't sweat from my face but they pour out from my head and my forehead. Ah! I do! You know that area around your dark circles! I get sweat there! If I drink, I sometimes get sweat there so it's unsightly.. But there isn't any (sweat) when I exercise though. / J: You know that area around your dark circles? I sweat a lot in that area. That triangular area of your cheekbones and cheeks. When I drink, I sometimes sweat only there. It looks hideous. I always sweat there when I eat spicy foods but not when I exercise. The mystery of human body..

160603

  • J: For me, I can't do a lot of things in one day. Maybe because I'm lazy. Because I'm lazy so I can't. Even though I'm promoting right now so I do a lot of things in one day.. but when I'm just resting, I don't go out much, and I just roll around at home.
  • J: Since my work involves working late at night, I tend to crave sweet foods. And I'm someone who likes sweet food too.
  • J: I can't even remember the last time I bought flowers. It has been really long since I bought it. Usually you buy flowers for giving to someone, or to make yourself feel better. I think the most recent time I bought (flowers) was about 1.5 years ago. I was driving, so I stopped my car, and across the street they were selling flowers. And the person was closing for the day. So I bought some. And it was for making myself feel better. I dried the flower when I got home. It made me feel good.
  • J: For me, for profile pictures on SNS (accounts) that many people can see, I set it with symbolic photographs. But for SNS (accounts) [T/N: probably kakao talk] that only my acquaintances can see, it's just black. That kind of black from when you cover the camera and take a photo. The background photo is black too.

160601

  • J: When you're down and someone asks you if you're alright, that itself can be a big source of comfort.
  • J: It doesn't matter who loves more or who contacts (the other person) more when in a relationship.

160530

160527

  • J: Let's all take care of our family members.
  • J: From some point onwards, this ring that I wear on my thumb has become my good luck charm. Even if it's not THIS ring! I have to wear something on my thumb! That's why I have a few rings which I wear on my thumb. I rotate them.
  • J: I am always planning for this and that and somehow there is a pressure to want to quickly do it. I always want to complete it quickly.
  • J: It's fine to start exercising whenever. There's no such thing as too late to exercise.

160526

  • Some of the conversation between Jonghyun & Nine on Jonghyun's <She is> album: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CjZRS9DUkAArTZ3.jpg
  • J: I don't write songs well in the summer. That's why I don't like summer that much... Maybe because it makes me uncomfortable? Though I do it for work... but indeed... song writing happens in fall! Fall and winter!!
  • J: Everyone has this thing where they only step on the white strips when they cross the pedestrian crossing. And for me if I say this it's gonna be weird 9: Why. What? I'm curious. What is it? J: It's like after shampooing your hair you have to brush your teeth or something...For me, I have to brush my teeth while there's still bubbles on my hair. 9: Ah really? That's quite unique. J:Then your eyes hurt right. J: Ah my eyes are like that... I do this...

9: ah you close your eyes? J: No I wipe my eyes like that.

  • J: Its really hard for me. I really really dislike it when misunderstandings arise and things get messed up so I'd explain a lot. And I also like people who tend to explain.

160524

  • J: I cry really easily. This seems right. Not crying in order not to appear weak. But I still tear in front of people I trust.
  • J: I think it's charming if you can cook, whether you're a guy or a girl.
  • J: I've never tried growing basil or carrot, but I've tried growing lettuce. Last time, I've tried it because it was my homework

160523

  • J: Fetal movement! I have never seen that or felt that because there are no pregnant women around me.... But I'm curious about the fetus name! At first I thought that only those who wants to give fetus names give fetus names, but seems like everyone has it? I'm always curious about what the baby's fetus name is.

160522

  • (fortune cookie message) J: Don't just wander around lost in the path of your emotions, try to find a way to express your emotions.
  • J: If I have a girlfriend, I'm not going to go to Sung Sikyung-ssi's concert with her. (I'm afraid she might fall for) Sung Sikyung-ssi's sweet ballads... (Actually) I'm not going to go to any concerts with my girlfriend.
  • (Today's opening msg was about whether people evaluate you more positively or negatively than your true self) J: Well, I don't think I give much thought about this. I'm not the type of person who cares about how I'm evaluated by others. Well, if somebody thinks of me positively and has expectations.. and I try to be a better person to satisfy that, it might be a good phenomenon. But I think that burden and stress could be something unnecessary.

160521

  • J: The path that everyone has to take is different so I hope you dont compare (yourself) too much with your friend.
  • J: I did win a lottery once. Not the one you have to pick numbers. The lottery ticket where you have to scratch with a coin.
  • J: I find summers very uncomfortable. We've been meeting each other for 27 years, we don't mix well.

160520

  • J: I'm the kind who wears the same clothes over and over again for a few years kkkk

160507

  • L: My bf's profile picture and status message suddenly disappeared. So I'm worried, J: That's rigggght~! When the profile picture disappears and the status message is deleted, it's worrisome. That's why I have no profile picture nor status message~ And I don't worry others~
  • J: When I'm alone or feel that I'm being left out, I make myself feel better by taking a bath. And when I get into the bathtub, if the water is warm, it feels more like it's telling me I worked hard, like "Yaa~ You've worked hard, Jonghyun-ah!" and I get drowsy and I fall asleep fast too...
  • J: I personally think that I'd get married at a very late age, and also have children at a very late age. But I have friends who are married though they don't have kids. But I think that it's fascinating, how they already have a life plan. And I wonder, do they meet each other, have eye contact, and think "ah this is the person that I'm going to be with" or something like that...
  • J: I can't write letters... because I'm shy kkkk and I have bad handwriting... but I'll at least send messages.

160506

  • J: Actually for fried rice, whatever you add to it, it tastes really nice. You can just add whatever you find in the fridge and fry it and it would be nice too.
  • L: Why is Blue Night named Blue Night? J: I don't know too. I actually don't know why. But I think that the term "Blue" has feels warm, yet it feels cool too. And in English, being blue means to be gloomy. So it gives off a warm feeling, but it's also gloomy. And you can relate to it, you can come here to be comforted. So I wondered if it's because of this that's why the program has the term 'Blue' in it. But anyway I find that the programme 'Blue Night' is really well named.

160427

  • J: I really like dialects. Maybe because I don't know how to speak it but I think people who speak dialects seem very cool.
  • J: I really like raccoon. I like its image and how it looks like. There are sayings that raccoon do magic or they transform into something else. I like that they're sly but cute. I often say that I want to be a raccoon-like person or meet a girl who is like a raccoon ㅋㅋ
  • (fortune cookie message) J: The change that is elicited from yourself, not from someone else, is not going to disappear easily.

160426

  • J: There are times you don't want to go to bed because you think that it's a pity to end the day by going to sleep. I'm like that sometimes.
  • J: I live with my mum ever since I moved out of dorm. What's worse is that I don't have any plans of moving out. My mum might wonder when I will ever move out but I have no plans ㅋㅋ I love my mum so much, I don't even think I need to get married (jokingly)ㅋㅋ I'm going to live with my mum forever ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
  • J: I went out in a band competition when I was in 2nd year in middle school and our band received a pretty big award. But our sunbae team received a smaller award than us so it wasn't a situation where we could show our excitement to the fullest. We got excited for one second then studied sunbaes' faces, got excited again and looked at sunbaes' faces againㅋㅋㅋ
  • J: There are many things that you may need in order to get closer to your dreams, and I think that time is (an) important (thing) too.
  • (fortune cookie message) J: I think to boast about something may mean having a desire to feel accepted and cared about.

160425

  • J: For me, I've been using the same body oil and body lotion for a long time now. Using a product with scent your used to can become a habit. / (on the topic of scent in reminding things) J: So I've been using the same perfume and also same body lotion and body oil for years. It's not like I'm thinking 'I will probably be remembered by this scent to some people' But I've been hearing a lot from people that 'This scent reminded me of you' or 'I was on the elevator and I knew you came because of the scent'. So I thought that this scent could be my scent to people around me. After realizing that, I've been using that scent like a habit. I think scent is one of the biggest aspect in someone's image.
  • J: I used to not be able to drink at all Lucia: You get red? J: I get red, and I still do. But I used to only be able to drink 2 to 3 shots and that was the end. But now I can drink about 1.5 bottles. Lucia x LJH: Whoa~ J: I improved a lot right?
  • J: I have never ever drank with an ex-lover.
  • J: The thing about a life plan, is that it's just a plan. It may differ, and there may also be additions to it.
  • (fortune cookie message) J: I think any kind of relationship is meaningful because you don't know its end.

160423

  • J: Because family is all about forgiving, even if things get awkward, time will melt away that awkwardness.

160421

  • J: There are people who think they're fine being alone, and I'm like that too. But for these people, when loneliness comes, then it feels really lonely. And I think, ah it's so hard, why don't I have any friends, why do I live like that? Why do I have habits like such? But when this loneliness leaves, then you'd feel comfortable being alone again.
  • L said she ate supper or smth along those lines. J: There are times you eat a light dinner, but at night you (get hungry and) eat high calorie foods. Sighs.. But what can you do? You already ate it... Just focus on tmr. I'm not sure if you're on a diet but eat well.
  • J: I have said this several times on broadcast too. I think an 'adult' is someone who can protect the ones he hopes to protect, helping them to do things that makes them happy and also being happy for himself too. But I haven't found the answer on what happiness is yet.
  • J: If the words "cherry blossoms" appear as lyrics in my songs, then just think of them as thorns lol
  • J: I'm the kind who excuses myself when I'm flustered. Everyone should probably know that I guess? If not, do I seem like someone like that?

160420

  • J: I think there is a charm to busking, since it brings you close to your audience.
  • J: When I feel empty, you know I have a puppy at home right? She doesn't usually sleep with me.But when I feel empty, I grab her and let her sleep with me, and I hold her.

160419

  • L: Do you sometimes lose confidence too? J: There are times when I lack confidence too; times when I had not enough practice or not enough preparation. But I think this is different from people to people depending on their personality or the depth of their experience in life so far. There are people who are still anxious even though they practice a lot. But for me, if I have practiced up to my satisfactory level, I don't think I lose confidence. It's a relief. I think I'm blessed (to have such personality). If you try your best, it means you are doing things without any regret. But I don't think great level of confidence is always a good thing. Sometimes because of that confidence, you experience an unimaginable failure. I think confidence has both good and bad side.
  • J: I don't use emoticons often, especially those moving ones. CB: He uses a lot of 'smiles'. J: I use ㅎㅎ and ^^. But I use a lot of ♥. GYB: Why do you not send one to me?
  • L (Hyukoh's Hooka): I like this song. J: It's a song that I really really like too~
  • L: You sound really confident on broadcast. But surely there has to be a time when you lost your confidence? J: Yeah of course... mmm when I don't have enough time to practice... when I'm unable to prepare enough.

160418

  • (ending message) J: Most of the decisions we make in our life are all done on our own. So even though you're having a difficult time, I think worrying and having such experience will become a big asset and be a great help later on. I know it might be difficult and lonely right now, but you would look back and think it was a good experience later on.
  • J: I think photos are an amazing thing. They sometimes help on remembering things, or sometimes makes it unable to forget things you want to forget. I actually don't take photos often. Many people tell me 'Photos are all that remain later on~ so take lots of photos', so I tried. I bought a polaroid camera. But it's difficult because I'm not used to taking photos or be sensitive about capturing things in photos. Thanks to the polaroid camera that I got, I have photos of this and that. When I look at them, I have a dim recollection of memories. I think photos are a love and hate thing because of that 'capture of the moment'.
  • L: How to overcome a feeling of helplessness? J: I actually don't know the method to overcome a sense of helplessness. I tend to just let myself feel it. It's not like I aim to 'let's go until the end of this helplessness!', but I think you tend to recover after a while of feeling that sense of helplessness. I think you earn the time to think about yourself when you're in that state. There are things you definitely achieve due to that feeling of helplessness.
  • J: Challenging yourself to achieve your dream, especially when you have to let go of your things for that challenge is such an admirable decision.

160416

  • J: I was a little down today..I listened to the sound of the rain and had some thoughts. I also practiced dancing.. dancing the choreography, after that I came to do the radio show.

160414

  • J: I think stretching is such a painful thing for me so I think people who do flying yoga is amazing... I hope you do it well.. And I think girls who do flying yoga or pilates, activities like such, look pretty.
  • 9: Is there a word you like? J: For me, it's a phrase rather than a word. 9: What is it? J: The one I can think of now is 'In spite of that'
  • (Talking about favourite words) J: I tend to prefer phrases than words. Right now I can think of 'But nevertheless'. N: Wow that's unusual? J: It sounds like it connotes lots of meanings. The way I.. select words or phrases.. I think it's different from other people. I talk really weird. When I speak at a place like a little drinking party, people say I talk in a literal style, not colloquial. N: Like, 'Kim Jonghyun says~'. (laughs) J: I say phrases like 'But nevertheless' N: It's not something we 'say' often ㅋㅋ J: I know but I really like it. I like the nuance of the phrase and you can feel some sort of spirit. N: Yes, that feeling of twist J: It feels so passionate! 'But nevertheless'!
  • (fortune cookie message) J: To keep your own pace in this busy world seems like such a difficult thing to do.

160402

  • J: I passed a place of old memories by a coincidence while I was driving. There is an optical store and a bakery when you pass that road. But everything had changed except those two stores. It was surprising. I wondered how long it has been since I last visited this road and that everything has changed. Also felt strange wondering when these two stores will change too. I have never been to that optical store but it felt somewhat familiar. I think human's memories are an amazing thing.
  • (fortune cookie message) J: Spring comes to everyone although its form will be different from people to people. (There are times when you feel thankful for the fact that spring comes after winter. It gives you an expectation that your worries or troubles will go away and good things may happen. I think you can relax a little when the spring comes. It's a season when people open up their heart.)

160331

  • J:I was talking with my friends on the topic of things that make you fall in love at first sight. Some might say appearance but for me, I think voice plays a large part.
  • N: Who is JjongD's idol? J: I have thought about it but I don't really know.. Maybe Wheesung Hyung? Wheesung-ssi...? I really really liked H.O.T. and Shinhwa but.. to say them as my idols.. I feel like there should be a different feeling; something like having a huge influence on me or being someone that I can lean on.
  • N: You found your path (future) when you were so young so it seems like you never had to worry about it. J: I did worry. I even think about it during these days too. Well, this applies to everyone but sometimes you cannot continue what you're doing even if you wanted to or force yourself to do something because other people advises you to.. I think I worry about it just as much as other people.
  • J: I think for a person to be called as idol, they need to show that they are on their way to find their identity. You can describe idols in terms of music but I think the appropriate way is to describe them in terms of culture. I think the idol genre is a complex culture.
  • J: To be someone who is someone else's dream, whether you intended or not, is a blessing.
  • J: I become more awake when I brush my teeth.
  • (fortune cookie message) J: As we live, we also need the courage to be hated.

160330

  • J: I thought of gaining weight through exercising, I'm happy now because I gained a little!
  • J: I have to step only on the white bits walking on crosswalks. Also for the bricks on the ground, I have to step only on certain shapes.
  • J: I'm a person who can be reached easily on phone. I read all messages quickly even if I don't reply them back. DS: How's that being easy to reach?ㅋㅋㅋ J: But there are people who doesn't even read. DS: You're a person who's worse than those who don't respond back. J: But I conveyed a tacit intention ㅋㅋ Jungin: Is that so?ㅋㅋㅋ
  • J: If you tear up, then you just cry. How is there such a thing like "something to cry over" or "nothing to cry over"?

160329

  • (On S' Just One Moment) J: It's been a long time since I listened to this song. Old memories pop up in my head now. I remember listening to it while looking at the album cover and reading through the lyrics. I really liked the song.
  • J: I also have many bad habits. Um.. like crossing my legs, walking with my legs wide apart. Also slouching when I sit... / L: Have you tried correcting bad habits? J: I have bad habits too like crossing my legs, walking out-toed, slouching when sitting down. But I don't really try to fix habits. I don't think I even try to think that I need to correct it.
  • J: I think it's a happy thing even to love one-sidedly. The fact that you are loving someone. / J: Would there be anyone who hasn't experienced one-sided love? I don't think so.. I experience one-sided love very often to the point I think I like it. I think one-sided love is happiness too, the fact that you're loving someone... There are many people who cannot love. I think it's a happy situation although you may feel sad or a heartache because of it. It's part of a growing up process and a good experience in life.

160328

  • Q: Can guys and girls just be friends? J: I think it's possible, that guys and girls can just be friends.

160322

  • J: I really like short hair (on girls). I think the thing about hair is that, what I think is nice changes at once. There are times when short hair looks really good, other times long straight hair looks really pretty to me. I lean more towards to (thinking) black hair (is pretty) but sometimes I think blonde is pretty too.

160321

  • J: There are some people who confess their love hoping for a relationship and there are some who do it just to convey their heart.
  • L: Should I buy a laptop or travel to Japan? J: I would buy something instead of travelling because I don't like to travel.
  • J: I've never seen shooting stars from the day I was born.

160320

  • (fortune cookie message) J: The one who gave up, and the one who made things happen, eventually they are all yourself.
  • J: Night is naturally the time for a lot of concerns.
  • J: When I think of my sister's schooling days, I think of these 2 singers. Shinhwa & Avril Lavigne. I also listened to them alot by her side.
  • J: I usually stay up all night and sleep in the afternoon. If I sleep early, I think I sleep at around 10AM and wake up around 3PM? Guest: What do you do?! J: I work on songs or exercise.. I do everything at night except for meeting people.

160317

  • L: I'm making candles now. Will I be able to finish making them before BN ends? I want to give one to you too~ J: I really like candles too. I hope you'd be able to make them well and gift them to the people you treasure. I wonder what scent it is. I personally really like musk scent.
  • J (Lee Juck's Laundry): I listened to this song while travelling today and I thought its really good. So I prepared to share it today.

160316

  • J: There's no need to unconditionally withstand everything.
  • (Kim Kwang Seok's 'With the Heart to Forget You') J: This is a song that makes me feel like there's a lump in my throat and to think about a lot of things. I think Kim Kwang Seok's songs are all like that. But this song in particular. It's so moving. I picked this song and opened up the lyrics. I am going to read its lyrics one more time while listening to it.

160315

  • (fortune cookie message) J: Everyone who exists in this world are not supporting characters, but main characters. / Every existing person is a protagonist not a bystander.
  • J: Because I actually can't drink, so after we cheers, I either spit it out onto a wet tissue, or pour (the alcohol) into another glass, but I have friends who find out (what I'm doing).
  • J: I don't like people who cry when drinking. Other than that, I'm okay with it. When I was 20 or 21, when I first started drinking, I cried. Now I drink often and I never do it.
  • J: It doesn't feel good if the sun is up when you leave after drinking.

160314

  • J: I think I've discussed this before but I think it's important to distinguish things that you want to do and things you have to do. To do the things you want to do, you have to do the things you have to do. And I also think it's important to find out what the things you want to do are, after you have done the things that you needed to do.
  • L: How do I overcome stage fright? J: Stage fright, it's different for everyone, and the reason for the fear is different too. But for me, I think I overcame it through practice. If I don't practice it enough, I get scared.

160313

  • J: What is there to be proud of of being tall? I'm short too. But I dislike it when people laugh at others for being short. I also think if its because there is nothing for them to laugh about that they're making a joke out of people's height.
  • J: I didnt know what 486 meant top, last time. I wondered why it meant 'I love you' and that people just shortened it to 486 randomly but then I found out that it wasnt and that it was based on the writing strokes. I thought it was rather romantic.

160312

  • J: There has to be luck in order for you to realise your dreams.

160310

  • J: What kind of person do you think I am? 9: You appear to have a lot of sides to you. And it's hard to understand all of them.
  • J: I'm someone who is emotionally deprived... and so I don't watch dramas often....
  • J: Up until few years ago, I wanted to receive as much as I give from people. It was something like, if I gave out this much I hope the person gives this much in return too. But once I let go of that expectation.. I think one-sided love isn't all that bitter.

160309

  • J: It was a time when I was very tired and having a hard time. I was writing in order to console myself, and (breathe) is a song I wrote after I gathered words (of comfort that) I thought of. It seems that there are many people who are having a hard time and are tired, so it would be good if you will be comforted by listening to this song.
  • J: The more you save compliments, the more it doesn't exist. When you don't compliment much, you're just keeping (your thoughts) to yourself.

160308

  • (fortune cookie message) J: Perhaps not everyone thinks the same about the definition of being rational.

160307

  • "Let's marry each other if we both don't have a lover even after 10 years." J: I really hate this!!
  • (L's story was about secretly looking through her boyfriend's phone) J: I'm really not good with keeping my phone secure. (It has no lock) so you can see everything easily on it. But even if I had a girlfriend, I wouldn't change anything. Well, I think respect to one's privacy is the most basic thing. So if I find out that my girlfriend was looking through my phone, I wouldn't break up because of it but I would tell her that if there are things that I couldn't make you trust me we would need to solve it by talking. I think I would tell her that such action is wrong.
  • J: I like winter. I like to bundle up.
  • J: Actually you know I don't think I use simple words? The way I speak is a little unique. A little like an old kid?
  • J: There are those people that you makes you think "ah, I still love that person" even after time has passed. Isn't this what first love is?

160306

  • (fortune cookie message) J: I think it's more upsetting when you are disappointed in yourself than to disappoint others around you.

160305

  • J: It would be great if winter doesn't end... it's better cold. I could just wear long sleeves all the time (and I'd be fine).

160303

  • J: There is no need to try to be good at what people are bad at. And you can be good at what people are good at too.
  • DS said once he really wanted to eat black bean sauce noodles but when delivery came it was spicy seafood noodles. J: If it were me, I would order another black bean sauce noodles while eating the spicy seafood noodles.

160301

  • J: Yesterday I had an interesting episode. After radio, I was supposed to meet my friends, and since I'm seeing them for the first time in a while, we were supposed to drink and have fun together. But yesterday it was actually my mom's birthday and it will be late after radio ended, so I called my friends and apologised saying I don't think I'd be able to go. But they said it was okay since they were also only going back home. But when I reached home, I found my friends in my bedroom, lying on the sofa, and they were like "oh you came?" I was surprised when I saw shoes unfamiliar to me in my house. They came to my house since they knew it was my mom's birthday. They congratulated her and even sang her a birthday song, and we had a "surprise" party kkk. It's my mom's birthday but the one who was surprised was (me)... kkk But I was happy.

160229

  • J: Indeed, love is all about timing.
  • J: There's no need to overthink things. And getting hurt is also part of being in love.
  • J: The thing about a dream is that, even if you don't realise it, it doesn't mean that your life is a failure. Of course if you can make it come true, it is something happy. But if it doesn't the effort and spirit you put into (realising it) aids your growth too. Having a dream is a great thing, but it's not compulsory to have one.
  • L: I went to watch a movie alone at the cinema today. I thought only Jjong D and I does this but seems not! J: I don't watch a movie (in the cinema) these days! I watch it at home kkkk But isn't it interesting? Didn't you realise something new (while watching the movie)? There's no need to be too mindful about our surroundings. Whether it's going to the cinema to watch a movie alone, or eating alone in a restaurant, it's fine, since we are all adults now.

160227

  • J: When I'm tired I tend to crave for sweet things or snacks. I don't even eat my meals well but I eat a lot of chocolates. And people ask "Why are you eating so much chocolates?"... Maybe because my glucose level dropped? Anyway if you go for a buffet, it's better that you eat a lot. It's not a buffet that you go to often anyway.
  • L: Do you have slump periods when you were a trainee? J: For me during, when I was a trainee, I've had many slump periods. But rather than overcoming it, I think it's about hanging in there. I think that I have to hang in there, and I dont think I have to overcome it. I just live through it. Even though I may get stressed mentally and physically, but I think it's more about withstanding it.

160218

  • J: (fortune cookie message) The moment you receive a role of a parent, there are lots of worries as well as happiness you gain.
  • J: I don't think I have ever let go of the past easily. I'm not talking about just romantic relationship, things like when I have to wrap up something that I've been working on. I tend to drag things on. I reminisce and leave many things in my heart. I think being able to let go of the past easily is not always a good thing. There are things you earn by keeping such memories and looking back.

160217

  • J: (fortune cookie message) If I don't betray hard work, hard work will not betray me.

160216

  • J: (fortune cookie message) Being pessimistic is not always a bad thing but acting pessimistic in dealing with being pessimistic would give everyone a hard time.
  • GYB: Jonghyunssi, you don't really get cold feet right? J: No I do, sometimes. GYB: But I saw you didn't get cold feet on your first day J: Which first day? GYB: For this radio! J: Noo~ I was really nervous that time. But being nervous and getting cold feet is different. Being nervous brings tension and could wake you up but getting cold feet is something that decreases your confidence hindering your competence.
  • J: Different people have different tolerance for pain. I have 3 of my wisdom teeth plucked out. When I took out my top wisdom teeth, I didn't feel much pain. But they say that most people don't feel much pain too.

160215

  • J: (fortune cookie message) It is also a great challenge to leave from things you're familiar with. / It's a great challenge to even get out of your comfort zones.
  • (L: any tips on falling asleep?) J: I have tried phone applications, tried listening to music and all but I think fatigue and exhaustion is the best way in trying to fall asleep. Listen to Blue Night with your eyes closed for now.. (pause) Trying to empty your thoughts is very hard. I was going to say close your eyes and try to empty your mind of all thoughts.
  • J: I came back from Japan, and I'm not really sure what went wrong, probably because I ate the wrong foods... but I got enteritis. I had a hard time for 3 to 4 days..but right now I'm eating porridge too and I'm recovering well. I'm fine. Thank you. But whoa, the thing about enteritis is that, I don't get it often? The last time I had it, it was about 4 to 5 years ago? And this time was the same as the previous time as well.. Everyone please be careful, to those who are in Korea too, not just in Japan, in case it's infectious. Please also be careful of raw foods.

160214

  • J: I think the presence of someone is something like this. You could dislike them or find them bothersome when they're by your side. But once they leave your side, you then realize their absence. You can lose something priceless by mistaking familiarity to boredom. I think you sometimes need time apart. Sometimes holding onto each other too tightly might make you suffocate, whether that be work or a person.

160211

  • J: (fortune cookie message) The biggest happiness of someone who is giving a gift is the receiver's satisfaction.
  • J: A baby's scent.... it's a scent I haven't smelled in a really long time. I like it too... but I'm not into smelling it everyday.
  • J: I think it's fine to be greedy if it doesn't incur harm to others. For example being greedy in order to better yourself, it's fine.
  • (L was worried about making new friends in her new class) J: Removing the thought of ‘I’m going to get close with him/her asap’ or ‘this person is going to be hard to be friends with’ is going to help you to make friends. Your classmates will eventually form a community spirit so you’ll naturally feel a sense of closeness and fellowship. There are many ways to be friends with each other naturally. For e.g., I heard boys become friends by asking “What game are you playing” and girls ask “Which singer do you like?”.
  • J: I heard this Sunday is Valentine's Day. Honestly, I forget these things until I come to do Blue Night. I know by the text messages sent by our listeners. Nine: Do you celebrate such special days? J: No never. Even times when I had a girlfriend, I never really did. N: We will act like it doesn't exist then. J: What? Girlfriend? (laughs) Okay we will act like she doesn't exist forever. N: No, no (laughs) I'm talking about Valentine's Day.

160210

  • J: (fortune cookie message) Acknowledging my own mistakes means there's room for understanding by other people.
  • J: Maybe it's because I've never really studied hard but it's so admirable to see people studying. My noona studies for a long time once she starts it. It's so amazing. She would study for 6 hours straight after school when she was a student. I studied having a break in between every hour & 30 mins. I would take a rest after each hour & 30 mins. I would lol around or go watch my noona. I think those people who can do something persistently is amazing.
  • J: When I was young, I don't remember being sick frequently, but I had frequent nose bleeds, and I would go to the hospital for it too.
  • J: When I went to high school, I didn't really hang out with my classmates. I was also a trainee back then too. There was really nothing to do at school for me. I wasn't a student who studied hard well either. So I don't have a lot of memories of my 1st year in high school. I only went to school until my first year then I took a school qualification exam instead. I remember keeping away from my friends. I also heard them talk about me. They said 'I still don't know him well even after a year' or 'I have never even seen him eat'. It's because I didn't eat (at school). (laughs)
  • J: For me, I don't go out. On valentine's day. On Christmas.
  • J: I got a parcel once but I kept the box for some reason. I have this odd hobby of collecting such things. I sometimes collect boxes according to their sizes. Actually, that box was an important one. But my mum threw it away so I had a fight with mum.
  • Mom: "You used up everything (candles) so why do you still have them, are they memorable" J: They're not something that are memorable but when I return home and if the scented candles are lit, I feel somewhat thankful. But I can't tell my mother that, that "Because I'm thankful towards the candles!" so I lost (the argument). I have a tendency to collect things that others don't understand (the need to collect).
  • J: I think not being able to throw away things is related to memories. I have a bad memory so I can't throw things away because then I might forget that memory. For example, I have lots of accessories. There's this belt that's severely broken but I can't throw it away because I used it once on stage. I can't throw it away because I remember that stage.

160209

  • J: (fortune cookie message) There's no expiry date for expressing yourself

160208

  • J: For me even if its the festive season, I can be the type who doesnt even leave my room.
  • J: I heard some stories from my friends that they're getting stressed on lunar new year's day. They went back home and met their relatives in a long while. They were asked about their work, marriage, school, etc. I heard my friends were mentally having a difficult time. I think this is one side of lunar new year's day. I had a little thought about it. Some of my younger relatives came over today. I don't talk to them on a regular basis so it's been a while since I last saw them. The moment I saw them all I could ask about was their age, school year, etc. One of them said they were a senior in high school this year. So naturally, I was going to ask about how their studying was going. Now I understood why older people asked kids about school and school grades on days like today. Because you don't talk to them frequently, you naturally tend to ask those questions in order to continue the conversation.

160207

  • J: (fortune cookie message) To take time and look back, it's the gift that the Lunar New Year's day is giving us.
  • J: Sharing household chores is important. But on national holidays, these chores tend to be focused only onto women. Instead of pushing men who can't cook, preparing food can be done by those who can cook, I don't mean this as in just women. Those men (who cannot cook) can help on other things. This problem is not about gender, I think it's about people who work and people who doesn't.

160204

  • L: Do you have any tips on memorizing Japanese words? J: I'm not good at Japanese. I am good at only conversation. I'm not the person who studied, well I did study, but I didn't study a lot to learn it. I engaged in a lot of conversation with Japanese people and also talked in Japanese to my Korean friend. He was good at Japanese so talking to him was helpful. I think conversation really helps. These days, searching up a word on your phone is very easy. So I tried to make sentences using the words I search up. Rather than asking someone about a word I didn't know, it was better to look up the meaning myself. After that, other people would tell me improvements to make. I think this way, you understand it much better and you tend to remember the new words well. I'm not that good at Japanese to give advice to other people so I'm a little embarrassed.

160203

  • J: I don't really like the phrase 'Don't worry~'. There are many things that improve through worrying.
  • J: I think the best thing to do in early 20s is having a romantic relationship. I don't know why. No, not romantic relationship but being in love. It doesn't matter if it's one-sided. To be able to love someone wholely. It doesn't have to a person, it can be an animal too, even your dog. I came back to Korea after a long while and my dog welcomed me so passionately. I felt that she really loves me. I think it's good to immerse yourself fully into loving something/someone.
  • J: Time is a funny thing. When you wish the time would go by slowly... times that are sweet and happy fly by very quickly. When you wish a painful time would go pass quickly, time would go slowly like a turtle. There's a distance between the time of the reality and time within your heart. The further the distance is, the more distressed you feel. The past two years of time that I've been on this radio flew very quickly. It's been a happy and joyful time for me I hope you guys are feeling the similar speed of time as me

160202

  • (fortune cookie message) L: I am a shy person. If I don't go to university orientation camp, people will become friends with each other without me. I should go right? J: Friends you are close with and find comfortable right now were all awkward too at the very beginning. Whatever it is, the significance of 'first time' seems important. It's only natural to feel nervous when meeting new people. It's impossible to feel close with people you see for the first time so think of this as making an opportunity to be close with those people. If you plainly engage in conversation with them, I think you will naturally be friends with them.
  • J: The speech pattern, "bo go ship peot da yo" or something something haet da yo~ I heard this a few years ago, from a friend. That friend speaks Korean really well, but has a foreign nationality. And I wondered why (s)he spoke like that, then I realised that it's just a way of combining formal and informal speech. I think it's cute.
  • (Talking about his handwriting) J: I don't write well even if I focus and try to write it nicely kkkkkk
  • J: In times when I have to write, it's difficult not only for me but for others too. So I concentrate hard when I have to write by hand. Even though I'm concentrating it's still not pretty.
  • J: My handwriting.... my handwriting... ha... I really have bad handwriting.. So bad. It's so bad that even sometimes I can't figure out (what I wrote). So when I look at the notes or such that I wrote last time... hah.. I can't even figure out the content, and it was so hard to read... That's why I always type..
  • L: It feels great to listen to music while walking outside J: I don't really go outside so I sometimes listen to music out in the veranda or somewhere I can see the outside view. I think there are songs that are better to listen on cold days.
  • J: For my case, if I write (something).. really... I'm not the only one who has a hard time; others too...
  • L: Is it okay to not have a dream and feel lost? J: I don't think, personally, there is such a thing as a certain age that you can or cannot feel lost (in finding one's dream). You can be lost at any time. I believe you can return back to being stable at any time too. I felt like I was lost for a long time too and I still think I am. The important thing even while you're feeling lost is your determination and gaining confidence about your goal.
  • J: Finding out that you like someone... The moment you realize that you like this person, I think this moment is really important. There is a difference between 'Ah~ I must be liking this person' and 'I think I'm genuinely attracted to this person as a human' I think the latter one leads to being attracted for a romantic relationship. When I like someone, usually it's a love at first sight thing, even though I haven't experienced it that many times. I think it's interesting, to carry that feeling. It feels like it's tickling and I'm up in the air.
  • J: Personally I don't like spring. I should do something before spring begins...
  • J: 'Well, so far so good.' Why do I suddenly like how this phrase sounds like? Maybe it's something about it being calm?
  • L: I have someone I like. I tried to stop my feelings when he said he got a girlfriend. He recently broke up. I know he sees me only as a friend but I still like him. Maybe I'm a fool J: What's wrong with being a fool~ There's nothing worse than to hear 'I have someone I like' from someone I like. I hope you don't feel yourself as a fool. To stop liking someone just because that person started liking someone else.. can you really say that you really truly liked that person?

160109

  • J: My confidence....sometimes it's high, sometimes it's low. It goes back and forth. Some days it even goes between high and low 3~4 times.

160108

  • J: There are times when I'm like that too. Saying that it's fine when it's not.
  • J: Yeah that's right... when you're an adult, there are many things to put up with and many responsibilities to bear.

160107

  • J: I don't know. Something about goodbye feels like night ㅎㅅㅎ~
  • J: If I marry, no not if (laughs), when I get married in the future and have a family I really want to teach my child music. I want to let her know. How to have a 'luxury of feelings'. It's important to know how to have that kind of extravagance, on emotions. It's important to understand the arts. I believe understanding art allows one to understand other people. I want to teach my child about art. Well, art cannot really be taught. I want to at least show my child what art is.
  • J: Sleep and love is all about timing. Don't lose it. Catch it when you can.
  • J: I'm the type who doesn't have anything that I hope for/want even if it's a new year, but I want to exercise. I started exercising in Dec.
  • J: My handwriting is bad so on one school holiday I did some practicing. But I don't think my handwriting can ever be saved.
  • L: My tonsils are swollen. J: Your body dissipates a lot of heat too right? My tonsils aren't good too. Not good? They're weak. That's my tonsils swell and I become feverish too.
  • J: Because I'm someone who thinks that a slump is not something that (one should) try to win over, but rather to withstand.

  • (fortune cookie message) J: It seems like competition is ingrained too deeply within us.
  • J: In order to plan your diet meticulously, you need to reduce the time of going out. I 'm saying this from personal experience. People usually offer you meals or desserts. I'm good at refusing but if I continue rejecting their offer sometimes their feelings get hurt. Also I don't like to go out so I usually have meals at home.
  • J: (When on diet) I prepare meals for that day and put it in the fridge. I prepare it each morning and eat only that.
  • (Listener had her wisdom tooth removed) J: I took out 3 wisdom teeth in total. I need to get one more removed. I think it's better to take it out when I have more free time so I'm waiting for it. / J: I also had 3 of my wisdom tooth removed. I still have one more left... I think it's best to remove it when I have time... It's one of the ones on the top.... is it the one on the right side?
  • (Listener got her ears pierced and said she heard girls look 1.5 times prettier with their ears pierced) J: They do say you look 1.5 times prettier right? Well I think some people suit it and there are girls who look pretty without their ears pierced. Also by the way, 0 times 1.5 is still 0. I'm just saying.
  • J: Why does potato crisps taste better at night? I think salty food tastes better when eaten at night.
  • (Listener: It's been a year since the release of your first solo album! I look forward to your next one) J: Hmm is it? What date is today? It's 7th. It's past one year then. Wow it's weird. Time is really fast. It flies. My next album... well I'm always working on albums. I am always working even if it's not my own album. I am going to live my life to the full (laughs)

  • J: I don't usually play games that involve competition. Whenever I play games, my goal is not winning, it's always about having fun. But there are times when other people gets upset when I'm having fun. I usually aim to just have fun. / I don't like playing games with a win-lose situation. When I play games, my main focus is not to win. It's to have fun. But to have fun at the expense of others feeling bad...... For me I feel happy even if I lose.
  • J: Apart from exercising for the sake of my health, I haven't planned any (plans for the new year).
  • J: I I actually don't really like exercising. And even if I do it, I don't like doing it in a group.
  • (New Year Resolution) J: I haven't planned anything other than exercising for my health. I'm not the type of person to plan something because it's the new year.
  • J: I'm also creating my own exercise plan these days...
  • J: I don't prefer watching movies with people that I haven't met for a long time. I want to talk and have a chat instead.
  • J: I used to sing like 10 hours each day. I sang a lot during high school. When I practice vocalization, I would do it for 2 weeks straight. I have a weird habit of being obsessed in one thing. I would decide on a week to practice my vocalization then I would not make any other sounds other than practicing my vocalization that week. Even if I sang, I would never pronounce any words. I would practice 'Ah~' then 'Uh~' and then 'Ooh~'. Or even practice difficult pronunciation such as 'Ddal~'. I received this lesson for about a year and a half. Then I did it on my own.

But it's not like I know the taste of alcohol, I just immerse myself in the atmosphere... but I like sweet alcohol..

  • J: 'I see' (in a funny, old-fashioned way of speaking). I think I use this kind of speaking style a lot with my friends and even to members as well. I think I have a lot of speech styles. • (Jamiroquai's Love Foolosophy) J: Isn't this song so good? I don't know how someone wrote such a cool, fun and lovely song.

  • J: I want to go to a ski resort. I remember riding a snowboard and having fun. I probably forgot (how to ride) it now. I think it was last year that I first tried it. I went to a ski resort 3 times in my life. It was so fun.
  • J: Trying your best is important. I think it's a responsibility that comes along no matter what your age is.
  • J: Has anyone started exercising? I restarted my exercise at the end of last year like I told you and planning to stay healthy. I'm going to exercise steadily and going on hard-training around Feb. I think I need to gain weight as well
