May take me a while but I want it to happen, eventually.

physical:

  • be at a good, healthy weight
    • learn to maintain weight via healthy ways
  • have a balanced diet
  • find out from a doctor how to get regular periods
  • sobriety
  • get back into the gym
    • yoga + stretches
    • cardio
    • squats + lifts
  • repair all hair damages

emotional + mental:

  • learn to cope with anxiety + depression with everyday living
    • therapist again?
    • medication again? :/
      • try to lay off medication eventually
  • find healthy ways to deal with anxiety + depression
  • try to deal with ADD without medication
  • don't bottle everything up
  • be more forgiving and accepting
    • of others
    • of self
  • be positive
  • make goals
    • follow through them
  • read again without medication
