physical:
- be at a good, healthy weight
- learn to maintain weight via healthy ways
- have a balanced diet
- find out from a doctor how to get regular periods
- sobriety
- get back into the gym
- yoga + stretches
- cardio
- squats + lifts
- repair all hair damages
emotional + mental:
- learn to cope with anxiety + depression with everyday living
- therapist again?
- medication again? :/
- try to lay off medication eventually
- find healthy ways to deal with anxiety + depression
- try to deal with ADD without medication
- don't bottle everything up
- be more forgiving and accepting
- be positive
- make goals
- read again without medication
