• Be proud of yourself; never feel ashamed. Feeling proud of yourself and your sexual decisions in a world that tries to makes you feel ashamed is a revolutionary act.
• Fuck double standards. Fuck it being okay for for guys to hook up and not girls.
• Get educated in compressive sex ed. If abstinence only is being taught, fight it.
• Have real orgasms by any means necessary
• If anyone you know is flashing their tits for no other reason than to get a free shirt and some attention, talk to them about it.
• Take control of your sexuality. Be safe and smart.

Pop Culture

• call sexist ads and commercials out
• reject Maxim, Playboy and any other form of pop culture that tells you that you are not hot enough
• value yourself out for what the media doesn't, as long as it's not just valuing yourself for your ability to look hot in a bikini and be available to men.

Reproductive Rights

• find out your pharmacies policy on giving women birth control and EC
• remember that anti-choicers at heart are just folks horrified by the idea of premarital sex
• Take birth control
• volunteer at your local clinic

Violence

• be proactive
• be safe, but you shouldn't have to live by a rape schedule
• bring up rape culture
• dont stay with someone who threatens or abuses you.
• there is no such thing as a rapeable offense

Work and Money

• call bullshit on opt-out articles
• Do something fun for equal pay day
• start fighting for child care now!
• work your ass off doing something you love

Dating

• don't date guys who scoff at feminism
• fight for the right of everyone to get married
• pay for yourself

Beauty

• call people out for using women's appearance to attack or judge
• don't diet
• fuck beauty standards
• if someone uses the ugly or pretty card for that matter to keep you silent, keep on talking

politics

• check out the White House Project
• if there is a poor representation politically of women in your hometown or even in your school, get working
• run for office, seriously do it.
• vote, please, god, vote.

Spreading The Word

• call yourself a feminist LOUD AND PROUD!!!
• if you hear the phrase "I'm not a feminist but..." call them out. If they have feminist opinions then they probably are feminists (Gasp!)
• take women's & gender studies classes
• tell people that the f-word is not a bad word for girls to want to be.
• visit feminist blogs'
