- Whisking constantly with a fork, slowly add 6 tablespoons olive oil, until the vinaigrette is thick and creamy

- 2 tbs apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbs honey
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed with the remnants from the press minced
- 1 tsp thyme
- 2 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbs lemon juice
- (pinch of mustard powder?)
