  • Whisking constantly with a fork, slowly add 6 tablespoons olive oil, until the vinaigrette is thick and creamy

  • 2 tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed with the remnants from the press minced
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbs lemon juice
  • (pinch of mustard powder?)
