- (Solving conflicts within the team) K: To be honest, I don't know if there are any more (personal) problems/conflict that can arise amongst us because we've been through so many things together now. I think that while you should have courage in proceeding towards your dream, it is also important to know when it is time to give up/resign. (t/n: what jonghyun seems to say here is that one should be able to discern their own limits and learn to identify when one's effort is futile so they can start anew or try another path; basically, it's just not blindly pursuing something but understanding oneself and setting attainable goals.) / Onew: I think that because the staff are present and doing their best for us that we are able to do concerts. I'm always thankful that they give all of their best in supporting us. In return, we try to do our very best on the stage we created together. That is why from now on, please keep doing your best in what you do, too. Can you say something like a wise saying as an ending? Key: If you’re young, I think you are allowed to do whatever you want to do no matter what it is. Even if you fail, failure itself is a precious experience so I hope people aren’t afraid of trying something. I have lots of friends who are worrying about many things too. I tell them to stop worrying and follow their heart by saying even if you start something new at the age of thirty it’s not too late. Of course, I don’t know if I can say such thing as I haven’t lived up to thirty yet (laughs). But I think doing what you can do right now won’t make you regret later on.

When you are in the middle of a busy schedule, what do you do to refresh or motivate yourself? Onew: Usually, I would listen to good music. On my off days, I go out with friends for a drive. / Jonghyun: During a busy schedule, it's normal to just rest when there's some off time, but I also organize my thoughts while working on writing lyrics or composing music. / Key: I am taking care of two toy poodles called Comme des and Garcons, and spending time with them is when I'm most refreshed (LOL). While I think it's important to watch other group's stages, watching new movies and musicals can also give inspiration and teach a lot about productions and how they work. / Minho: When we are in concerts, we can interact directly with the fans, so we're able to convey our energy to them easily. However in TV shows, we have to face the camera to be able to reach out to the viewers. Because it's an indirect way of "contact", we have to send out a great deal of energy in order to convey the feeling (of the performance) to the fans. That is why even on our break, instead of keeping still, in order to keep the flow of energy, I play sports and meet up and talk with a lot of people to be refreshed. / Taemin: Of course, there are times when I go out to play, but recently, I've been spending my free time a lot in our lesson rooms. Going back to the basics in singing and dancing, I think it's like reforging (my skills). It's like going back to my original resolution--my present self looking back into the past. I'm still have some greed when it comes to music and performance, so in order to satisfy myself I exert a lot of effort in them.
