rui is specifically a scottish fold cat & samoyed dog hybrid.

can hold a grudge against someone for a very long time & never forgets it. ('never forgive & never forget' type of person)

even though rui's twin tails are a mutation (polycaudal), both tails work perfectly fine without any complications.
