• if i sign for three years is he willing to buy appliances e.g. washing machine, fridge - i do not need the small kitchen appliances (like coffee maker, blender, mixer etc)
• is there a stove and does it have an oven?
• in some of the pics i did see some furniture - can they clarify if the place is fully furniture-free?
• i would like to rent it from jan 1st, is that OK? to assure them that i want to take it, i could even pay three months' deposit
• in the pictures i could only see the heater on the hallway, do the rooms have heaters as well?
• the add says "month + 15% SZJA + overhead" what does SZJA mean?
• what is the overhead?
• the rent will not increase for the three years of the duration, right?
• what are the responsibilities of the owner e.g. if the plumbing breaks - how soon can he get it fixed?
• is there internet? if not can he order it?
• how do i pay the utilities? are there individual meters? do i send him the money for the bills or do i pay the bills?
• how will the payment be? in person or transfer to his bank account?
• do you have a pet policy?
• can i paint it, if i promise to paint it back before i move out - nothing crazy, no crazy colours - also it would not be in any of the rooms - only hallway/bathroom.
