Coded speeches 3/8

1) Create two folders: one named Rubrics and one Speeches.

2) Please save the rubrics and speeches to the appropriate folder remembering to follow the naming instructions I have sent before (I have attached them to this email to make them more accessible in case you don't have them at hand.)
