GENERAL TOS:

• I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
• Please do not commission me unless you are 18+.
• Any commissions may not be used commercially; these are for personal use only.
• Occasionally I upload a commission to my social media/galleries as self promotion. At the end of the year I upload all commissions of the same type in bulk to my galleries. If you would like your commission not to be uploaded in these and remain private, tell me.
• I only accept payment in USD. I use PayPal invoices for this process.
• Reference image is not required. I will work from very detailed descriptions; if possible, both images and descriptions would be great.

REFUND POLICY/COMMISSION PROCESS:

• Because of my process, I do not refund.
• I typically do not request full payment until the image is complete. Because of this, there should be no reason for you to request a refund.
• I supply a sketch (and if requested, additional steps). You pay half price at the approval of the sketch. Even if the commission is terminated after the sketch is complete, I still expect payment for my time, minimum being half price. If I complete the commission, I expect to be paid in full.
• You receive a watermarked version of the image on a solid background, smaller than full size. Upon payment, you receive the full size image, without watermark, on a transparent background (if applicable).
