- it’s okay to be angry or sad or feel miserable, but please try your best to not give up - drink water, have a rest, take the time you need to process your emotions before getting back up again; you can get through this, it’s going to be okay;
- please try your best to stay hydrated, grab something to eat if you can and tell yourself you’re doing lovely today, because you are;
- negative feelings are normal, it’s okay to feel and express those feelings - however, please, whenever you’re able, make sure that they are expressed in healthy ways and make sure to take care of yourself; you are important;
- you are stronger than you seem, smarter than you think, and deserve to feel happy - you are enough;
- it’s okay to need time - you as a person are growing and changing every moment, and sometimes you need a moment or a few to process change;
- it's okay to distance yourself from negative people whenever you are able to, especially when it's essential to better your mental state;
- anxiety and panic attacks do not make you weak - you are strong, and you can get through this;
- if you’re feeling nauseous due to anxiety, stress or otherwise, please remember to take deep breaths, take small sips of water, and eat dry or bland foods, like plain toast or crackers, slowly – you’re going to be alright, this sickness will ease;
- this is a hard thing to believe, but you are a lovely person, and it will get better; maybe you don’t know when or how, but it will - it’s worth sticking around for the day it does, so please try your best to stay strong;
- tomorrow will be a better day with you as a part of it;
- you are not a burden and it’s okay to ask for help;
- its okay to stay alive for the small things. stay alive because you want to listen to your favorite song. stay alive so you can experience your favorite holiday. stay alive so you can give and receive hugs. stay alive because you want to eat your favorite food. stay alive because of your pets. those small things aren't small if they keep you alive.
