I am starting a diet with my best friend. Things we both HAVE to do:
  
    - join a gym 
 
    - work out 3 to 4 days a week 
 
    - pack our food and take it with us daily 
 
    - drink tons and tons of water/gatorade. (water 4 me, gatorade 4 her) 
 
    - eat small snacks every 3 hours between mealtime. (they have 2 b healthy also) 
 
    - cut our portions 
 
    - make healthier food choices 
 
    - pig out 1 day a week 2 keep us from going insane
