- Where do you order the albums from? // We usually purchase our albums on Synnara, or GMarket - Synnara. The sites we purchase our albums from count towards the Korean music charts (Hanteo, Gaon, etc).
- Do you make money off the group orders? // No, all of our group orders are NON-PROFIT. We do not earn any money off doing group orders.
- What payment methods do you accept? // We send Invoices through Paypal and thus accept Credit, Debit, and Paypal. We do not accept Cash unless you have made special arrangements with us personally.
- How much is the EMS / Shipping Fee? // For our group orders, we do EMS shipping from Korea to Canada. This option allows albums to arrive approximately 5-7 days from when we order, or when the album is released. The price is dependent on the number of albums purchased + the weight of the albums. The more album orders = the cheaper the EMS fee.
- Domestic Shipping (From Toronto to your address) // When the albums arrive, you have the option to have us ship it to your address. The cost of domestic shipping is dependent on your address + the weight of the albums.
- Can I pick up my order in person? // We provide a pickup option for those living in the Toronto Area. Pickup locations include: Eaton's Centre, Finch Station, Kennedy Station, Pacific Mall, and Scarborough Town Centre. Other meetup spots are possible depending on our availability and the location.
- If I order albums from two different orders, is it possible to combine them? // As long as neither of those orders have (1) already paid domestic shipping, (2) been shipped out domestically, you can write a note at the end of the order form in the Comment/Question box to let us know which orders you want to combine.
