When The Crow’s Nest hires a new bartender, Wonwoo is determined to find out why he’s a nonmagic. When Mingyu starts his new job, he’s trying (and failing) to keep up with the drinks the head bartender keeps teaching him -- and the ones he keeps giving him.
Wonwoo doesn’t remember when exactly he fell in love with Mingyu, but he recalls, with exceptional clarity, the day he broke Mingyu’s nose.
Mingyu has two secrets, both of which only Minghao and Seokmin know (but only because they forced them out of him): Secret #1 - he’s bisexual. Secret #2 - he’s not an asshole, despite what the entire student body thinks. Seungcheol is, rightfully, oblivious to both of these things when he dares Mingyu to take Wonwoo Jeon’s virginity.
Mingyu didn't know what to expect when he decided to rush, but it sure as hell wasn't this.
It started with young girls going missing after their village's god took them as a wife. Then, when the villagers thought they had some idea of who would be next, he started taking boys instead. Of course, it was only a matter of time before he picked a boy who lost interest in him before they even had the opportunity to get started.
Wonwoo is pretty sure his entire family hates him and his commitment issues are starting to make his life (as well as Mingyu's) miserable.
"You see, when you’re playing truth or dare and someone dares you to kiss the most beautiful and important person to you present in the room you should kiss your girlfriend and not your best friend."
Wonwoo wakes up at 3:46 one morning, $3000 richer and with a more exciting life ahead of him. The only downside? He has a kid, a baby girl he didn't even know existed, and has no idea how to care for her. Cue Mingyu and his surprisingly good taking-care-of-children skills.
They meet in Auckland. Then Wonwoo chases Mingyu around the world. Wonwoo wonders if this is how he falls in love with him: city by city.
Wonwoo is always Mingyu's; and Mingyu, Wonwoo's. They're always each other's no matter what.
The two of them have never gotten along, not even for a second since they met, and they are, as far as Wonwoo is concerned, sworn enemies. So, you can imagine Wonwoo’s surprise when, on a regular Wednesday morning, Wonwoo is making a cup of tea in the office break room and the door slams open against the wall and a heaving, sweaty, panicked Mingyu busts through the doorway and shouts, “YOU NEED TO COME WITH ME RIGHT NOW AND PRETEND TO BE MY BOYFRIEND.”
Mingyu kills to attract the attractive necromancer Wonwoo who has to clean up after him. He's too shy to ask him out but killing is hard. Thus he kills his dog. Multiple times. Jihoon hates being cute and in love, but he can't help that he is. Featuring Jihoon as a witch and Seungcheol as... you'll see.
The day Wonwoo's mum finds out he is dating a man, he also has to explain why he is calling his boyfriend Daddy. Things go increasingly worse from there.
The one where Mingyu is hired to take care of Wonwoo’s daughter while he’s busy working on a new album.
