- ✔ bike as much as possible in the winter
- keep up yoga (include home practice)
- run reservoir, first goal is run 2 laps = 3 miles; nonstop.
- too cold for now, wait til spring.
- ✔ workout 4-5 times a week at BHAC( my new gym!)
- include more fruits! 3-4 each day
- ✔ frozen fruits/ cheaper and make smoothies!!
- keep seeing dr.doyle & Hudson
- look into massage prices, for lower back pain/leg soreness.
- some sort of Cleanse for a week (posibly twice a year)
