  • bike as much as possible in the winter
  • keep up yoga (include home practice)
  • run reservoir, first goal is run 2 laps = 3 miles; nonstop.
      • too cold for now, wait til spring.
  • workout 4-5 times a week at BHAC( my new gym!)
  • include more fruits! 3-4 each day
      • frozen fruits/ cheaper and make smoothies!!
  • keep seeing dr.doyle & Hudson
  • look into massage prices, for lower back pain/leg soreness.
  • some sort of Cleanse for a week (posibly twice a year)
