- Lose 1/2 stone and stay at it or under ALL year.
- Smaller portions
- Swap sugary foods for healthier options
- Always have salad or vegetables with meals.
- Drink more water, herbal & green teas.
- Cut out coffee to once a week.
- Up my excercises to 4 x a week for 1 hour. (2 runs, body attack & body pump)
- Be happier :D
