    • Smaller portions
    • Swap sugary foods for healthier options
    • Always have salad or vegetables with meals.
    • Drink more water, herbal & green teas.
    • Cut out coffee to once a week.
    • Up my excercises to 4 x a week for 1 hour. (2 runs, body attack & body pump)
