• do not kill yourself
• do not waste your time
• be kind, caring, thoughtful, unselfish, and considerate
• be good and do good
• be happy because of yourself
• be honest to yourself
• you're allowed to be angry
• you're allowed to be selfish once in a while
• think before you talk
• forgive yourself
