Results/Comments

  • I do not believe I was on this diet long enough to show any results. It probably has been beneficial.
  • The thought of certain foods I would eat before do not really appeal to me right now.
  • I measured my waist, still an inch bigger than my goal. I didn't measure it on Sunday because I didn't know where my fabric measure was; so I don't know if that has changed.
  • Last weekend I noticed I gained 4 lbs in a matter of two days and was shocked (though I used to be prone to fluctuations). Those have gone, two before starting, but I am carrying that extra 5 lbs I gained a year and a half ago.
  • Changes? Not really. Still got headaches and stomach aches, didn't really lose weight. Did have to pee more often, so it was cleaning out my system. My stomach did appear to be flatter though, so yay.
  • Would I do this again? Yes and no. I still believe eating a balance of food is healthy and raw foods is too extreme.
