- Latte: Twice as much milk as espresso. Mixture of steam milk and frothed milk (lesser than cappucino).
- Cappucino: Equal amount of milk and espresso. Milk is frothed until it is double it's original volume and poured over the espresso. (If espresso is poured over the microfoam then it is known as latte macchiato).
