  • i dont remember exactly what this is about i just remember it was good. deals with serious issues and has good fleshed out characters. gold kiwi never disappoints!
• happy if you died by gold kiwi - romance, comedy
  • office rom-com about a time loop & a hated boss. so funny! one of my absolute favourites!!
• cherry boy, that girl by south ant - romance, school life, comedy, drama
  • the most chased-after girl in school is dating a guy who is prettier than her! she dumps him, he dresses as a girl to get her back, chaos ensues, a classic!!! all the characters are super annoying in the beginning but so many twists! they are imperfect and so the character growth is crazy real. overall very enjoyable!
• melo holic by carnby kim - romance, drama, horror, supernatural
  • dude can read the minds of people he touches. falls in love with a girl who's previous boyfriend died the other day. i remember this being super fun! nothing is what you expect. carnby kim is a great author :D
• yes, my boss! by 22kkim- romance, comedy
  • a popular webtoon artist gets a day job out of necessity! her manager is very mean, she looks to hire an assistant and her manager applies! turns out he's a huge fan of her work. so funny, so cute! love love love.
• lights, camera, love! by xiong ji & chenyishui - romance, drama, comedy
  • aspiring actress who only gets villainous side roles wants to be a superstar. she constantly has roles with superstar actor who she can't stand. i love almost every single character! great manhua, so many opportunities for the fmc to be written terribly and the author dodges every time.
• the girl and the geek by huryunhwa & dagab - romance, comedy, slice of life
  • girl who keeps failing her civil servant exam gets a part time job as a building cleaner. she cleans a building of a tech company and breaks this guys expensive figurine. uh oh! super funny super cute, i binge read this. the title embarrassed me and i do not enjoy gamer guys but this was sooo cute.
• who invited you? by lee yun hee - romance, comedy, slice of life [tw: anything]
  • a girl's childhood friend from china stays at her house unannounced. she can't stand him. cute, funny, and romantic. not my taste tho, i read the whole thing but it's not something i personally super enjoyed.
• charlotte's letter by kkomak - drama, mystery, thriller
  • _charlotte is a maid who dreams of being a writer. when the siblings she works for find out she can write, she is tasked to write secret letters for them. enjoyed this a lot! _
• our relationship is... by author - romance, slice of life [tw: anything]
  • 2 best friends develop feelings for each other, but it's complicated. this is overall very good! not one of my personal favourites because reading messy longing gray area friendship romances hurts my head, but still a good series!
• her tale of shim cheong by author - historical, romance, drama
  • shim cheong, a begger, and the dying minister's young wife befriend each other and fall in love. SOOOO GOOD!! not the biggest historical fan (unless it's an isekai/reincarnation story)but this was super touching, i was so emotionally invested. one of my favourites!!!! absolutely!!!! not a lighthearted read imo, deals with serious issues & patriarchal values at that time. one of my favourites but i wouldn't pick this up to reread randomly because parts of it get heavy.
• we broke up by ryu chaelynn - slice of life, romance, comedy
  • a couple breaks up and has to deal with living together. SO SLICE OF LIFE. WEN'S FAVOURITE!! surprisingly enjoyed as someone who hates slice of life. very real.
• bad boss - adult, drama, romance
  • dude who was forced to become a gigolo in order to pay back his ex-roommate's debt takes revenge and deals with his trauma. this was messed up, idk what i was expecting but it's dark and has lots of mature themes and naked ppl. it was interesting..? objectively a good read but not my taste.
• secret alliance - drama, psychological, gender bender
  • another darker read. i thought it was a GL but yeah. a girl who is popular with other girls is terrified of men. the prettiest girl at school is obsessed with her and follows her around. AGAIN NO IDEA WHAT I WAS EXPECTING but it wasn't.. that. lots of plot twists and it's a roller coaster. interesting and another objectively good read i think! but not something i'd reread.
• you at first sight by icchae - slice of life, romance, mystery_
  • a girl can't see people's faces, but instead sees their immediate thoughts. a boy appears whose face she can see! SUPER CUTE! really adorable, i love the characters (honestly don't like the ML but every other character <333 so cute.) i don't like slice of life but this was fun
• pixel of life by seo woo hyun - drama, gender bender, mystery, romance_
  • young woman desperately needs a job, the only place that hires her is an art gallery run by her highschool friend and enemy. disregard the summary bcs this is really crazy, i wouldn't be able to do justice to it without major spoilers. the whole time i just wanted to know what was HAPPENING. tons of secrets and drama to unravel. if you like reading about secrets and solving an unsolved crime then read this.
• wedding impossible - romance, comedy, drama [tw: anything]
  • a struggling actress agrees to be a contract beard for her rich gay friend for 500k, except his brother is completely opposed to their marriage and will do anything to stop it. SOOO FUNNY SO CUTE. very fluffy. one of my favourites!! wholeheartedly recommend.
