Hair twirling. Obsessively sometimes.
I love to take apart staples....like the long stick that they come in, I love to break them apart, and bend the staples, flatten them out, hook them into chains.
Touching my face in nervous driving situations where I should prolly use two hands.
Saying "I know" and "mmhmm" too often. It's kinda rude.
Waiting until people call me, instead of calling them first.
Eating out of boredom.
