- angel hair pasta
- 1 cup hummus
- 1/4 cup vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 1 cup peas
- 3 scallions, thinly sliced
- meat alternative (optional)
cooking
- start pasta and steam peas
- slice scallions while waiting
- put meat alternative on low heat (season if desired)
- whisk together hummus wth vegetable stock and soy sauce
- toss together pasta and hummus mixture, adding water to thin if needed
plating
- add sesame seeds, peas, and scallions before serving
