  • 4. Do something active with your body - satisfaction and achievement - sense of accomplishment that no one can diminish - get in touch with your body and focus on what you can do - you'll put off an invisible but powerful energy - love is an action word for how you treat and care for yourself
  • 5. Confidence vs. arrogance - knowing your worth vs. thinking you're better than other people
  • 6. Stop comparing! - comparison is the thief of joy - everyone has their own journey, path, calling - focus on doing YOUR best and getting better every day
  • 7. Take action - reading about how to swim vs. actually trying - you can't read/listen/watch your way into confidence! Try new behaviors and follow through on them. Demystify and step one foot forward at a time
