- A farm of miniature/pygmy/teacup animals
- A garden like the Secret Garden.
- A Gazebo
- A GIANT library
- A GIANT SAFE behind a portrait filled presumably with jewels and treasures.
- A pond. It doesn't necessarily have to be a koi pond or anything, just a small thing in the middle of my garden surrounded by small flat rocks or something. But bonus points if there are turtles and/or frogs that live in it.
- A room where the walls are just tanks for sea creatures, including but not limited to:
- jellyfish
- sea turtles
- sharks
- A terrace with lots of ivy and vines, preferably with flowers although flowers aren't necessary
- An old, metal gate with an elaborate design and ivy growing on it at the end of my driveway, and tall hedges surrounding my property line. Just for the sake of it.
- Armored statues in the hallway to the dining room
- Basically surrounded by a forest of trees
- But still close enough to the ocean to hear the waves
- Equipped with an ice cream parlor and a bar
- Giant chandeliers, but torches on the walls to the basement.
- Lots of dogs
- Multiple bathrooms
- One of those winding elegant staircases that comes down to the front door, which when you open has a portrait of myself in fox hunting clothes (even though I've never been or wanted to go) surrounded by dogs and holding the reins to an oddly proportioned pony or whatever else old paintings depicted for wealthy people to hang over their fireplaces.
- Paddock and stable full of horses
- Secret passageways like in Clue! (But with less murder)
- Stone sculptures of lions, sphinxes, or some mythical beast (or dinosaurs because I've seen a house that actually has stone brontosauruses at their driveway and it's bad ass) that go at my porch or driveway.
- Swimming Pool with a slide
- The dining room from Beauty and the Beast
- The TARDIS.
- Undetermined amounts of cobblestone and marble
