- listen to a nice album-- Emotion//Carly Rae Jepsen
- eat some food-- banana and p.b. sandwich OR macaroni if you're prepared for comfort food
- go for a walk-- perhaps to the country store, get an iced tea, take a jog
- make plans-- with Claire, to hang out, or just with Mum, to go and do something sometime
- do some chores, make some money
- run a load of laundry and put it in the dryer
- take a shower!! you think it's going to suck but it's very nice and relaxing and then you're all clean
- plan outfits for the week, do a try-on
- make the bed, sit on it and watch Buzzfeed Unsolved with a healthy snack (cucumber and vinegar, spiced popcorn, even just bits of lettuce and balsamic vinaigrette)
- watch a movie (with Mum!! always have Mum!)
- pick up clothes off the floor and sing to music
- put on a playlist of happy, non-nostalgic songs
