- when fonts are not shown in the font that they are (in lists that you choose from, when it shows the names of the fonts but they're all in Arial or something)
- foods that get everywhere
- murphy's law-- and people being really negative as a joke ("well, I'm sure we'll figure out what we left behind once we're an hour away from home")
- purposeful mispronunciations
- being overly pedantic about grammar, especially the use of "like"
- assuming that teens will know all about technology
- really dull, wide tips on pens
- pencil erasers that don't really erase, just leave big gray smudges over everything
- "grey" instead of "gray"-- I know it's a correct spelling and it's silly of me to dislike it, but I do anyway
- typing by picking out the individual keys as opposed to touch-typing
- the trend of birks, as well as crocs and wearing socks with either of those shoes
- tying/untying shoes. I prefer to just keep them tied and slip them on and off.
- the belief that "kids these days" are obsessed with social media and never go outside, and it is the job of adults to persuade them to be adventurous
