- Stop eating candy every single day. 
 
    - Read and compare calories for snacks and side dishes when grocery shopping 
 
    - Have a diet high in fruits and veggies
      
        - Find tasty vegetarian recipes 
 
      
  
    - Drink water consistently 
 
    - Chew gum when wanting something sweet 
 
    - Keep sugary foods and candy out of the apartment 
 
    - Try to keep away from all foods WHITE.
      
        - Do not have pasta more than 1x/week. 
 
      
  
    - Run 4-5 days per week for at least 35 minutes. 
 
    - Do crunches every single day. 
 
    - Join a gym when possible. 
 
    - Buy a scale!
